Amazingly, he enjoyed it so much HE kept asking ME for reapplication. Caused irritation and burning. My skin started to become more dry so I increased my moisturizing. Then the breakouts happened. I used this toner for 4 weeks. I let it do it's thing, thinking it was maybe skin purging since I do have sensitive skin but the breakouts continued to get worse. I even tried every other day, and the dryness/irritation was just too much. If you have sensitive skin I would not recommend this product.
I use a few Paula's Choice products (Vitamin C, AHA/BHA toner, Retinol) and I am happy with those. However, my skin reacted quite differently with this product. I have only used it twice as I ended up with red, tender, peeling, gritty skin both times. It would occur towards the end of the next day in the afternoon even with using SPF 50+. At first I thought it was because I mixed it with something I shouldn't have but when my skin settled, I used it again with only moisturiser and I still had the same reaction. This is the only product in my lifetime that has affected my skin in this way. I definitely won't be tempted to use it again any time soon.
