Paw Patrol - Chase - Tonie Audio Character

Walmart got some new Tonies characters and we were excited to go get Blippi and Paw Patrol Chase. The Blippi character tells a story with songs relevant to the story playing during. My kids are always down for a new Paw Patrol character and we knew we had to have Chase to add to our collection! It tells a story of an episode of Paw Patrol. I love that it a story my kids are familiar with, but they don’t have to be watching a screen to enjoy it.I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own.

Bored my child to tears

This tonie starts with the paw patrol theme song and then enters into a story. My 4 year old, a paw patrol lover, was bored in 4 minutes. I think this tonie could be great for certain scenarios and may be listened to occasionally in the future, however, cocomelon songs (which I felt was too young for him) is still his go to. The tonie box was a gift from grandma and a hit for a few days but my son is bored with it and I can’t phathom spending $15 for several different tonies to keep the enthusiasm going. I would have much preferred a $30 CD player that I could have bought him CDs for — those are half the price of these tonies and he could at least potentially use those in more places. This whole system, a genius idea just poorly executed, is overrated. Sad!

Misleading internet required for adding each figure

The Chase tonie is cute and my 4 year old nephew enjoyed the gift however I have 2 tips for anyone new to the tonie box/figures. It is advertised that internet is only required for initial setup but that’s misleading- internet is also required each time you add a new tonie for the first time. And that leads me to the second tip/complaint. If you are having trouble connecting your tonie through the app try going to the website and connecting it to the internet that way. I found both times I had to add new Wi-Fi to my tonie box that it was much easier to do this way (after connecting it through the website you can go back to using the app). Also not sure how rugged the figures are (let’s hope very since they are made for kids) but 4y old nephew wanted to play with the figure so fingers crossed.

Paw Patrol

This was our first Paw Patrol Tonie and my son was obsessed. He carried his Tonie box everywhere around the house while he got ready for bed just hi so he could finish listening to the stories. Perfect to add!

So happy that this tonie has the original cast voices! I was shocked at how well the stories have been holding his attention as we have been primarily only songs. Bonus points that you can play with the figures!I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own.

Terrific Tonie

My toddler loves listening to his Tonies as part of his bedtime routine, he is also a huge fan of Paw Patrol so it was inevitable that he would love this.I'm glad to report that the audio is sufficiently long, running I believe at approximately 54 minutes. Apart from the initial jaunty theme tune the rest of the audio works perfectly at not being too jarring to rouse him after he quickly falls asleep to it (which in this case was the intention).My only gripe is the design of the hand painted character itself allows almost all of the green light from the Tonie box to eminate from the device from under his feet, which is jarring in a dark room.

We love tonies!

My daughter was so excited to get her chase tonie! It is her first from the paw patrol collection and she instantly recognized the character as something of interest. great for Paw Patrol fans

My 2 years old son love Paw Patrol. Chase is his favourite character. He loves placing Chase on his toniesbox and listen to the songs and stories. We got our Chase at Walmart electronic departments.
