Please do not waste your money on this product, it is simply cheap rubbish! The clips on the front tray broke within a very short period. Then the prongs of the rake gradually broke off (despite using the recommended cat litter), to the point where it now can’t pick anything up. Customer service was abysmal. I contacted the manufacturer, the seller and My Deal and none would help because it was just outside the warranty. And the manufacturer wouldn’t even sell me a replacement rake or any parts. Meaning I’m meant to just throw the entire unit away in the garbage now. Which is not only terrible customer service, but also terrible for the environment. Please do not waste your money on this expensive heap of junk.

The Idea for this litter box is great but it comes with non stop issues. I have owned this box for 6 months and in that 6 months these were the issues. after only 1 month the door decided to stop working, after talking with the company I had fixed the issue but unfortunately it only last a day between fixes and it would happen again, so i removed the door completey. this fixed the issue for a amount of time. then I started to get a constant 3 beeps but with a yellow light. ther are no troubleshooting issues where a yellow light is shown. now after 6 months the read light is flashing and according to the trouble shoot explanations, the motherboard is dead. Automatic cat litter

I have 4 cats and I was overwhelmed by all the automatic cat litters available and wasn’t sure where to start. I ended up getting this one as they all had similar functions and I wanted to buy through a store rather than a website I dont know anything about. It arrived within the specified time, was easy to set up and connect to the app. I think I put too much litter in and found it was wasting a lot of litter so I dont fill it up so much and changed from tofu to a different clumping litter and its much better. I do check the bin and litter level morning and night as its easier to empty before it gets too full. It is difficult to see the max line for the litter so I just estimate. My cats took about a week to really start using it, but now they are fine. I wasn’t sure how they would go as they always had an open tray but i think they prefer it as its always clean.

Great product but improvement is possible

I am happy with this product which is certainly better than the alternative of hand scooping poop. However, I would suggest several improvements. The product is about 1/3 larger than it needs to be. I needed to reorganise my small laundry to make room for it. It seems to be a mechanized raking rather than sifting mechanism. This results in a lot of litter being unecessarily raked into the waste bag. This is uneconomical in terms of both litter and bags. I plan to try smaller litter pellets in the hope this will reduce this problem. Currently I am changing the bag once every 2 days - once a week would be better. There seems to have been a focus on bells, lights and whistles rather than practical economy for the user. It has been necessary to find out by trial and error the effects of various buttons - for example the UV sterilization seems to still work (as it should) when the lights are off. I would also like to know how much power I save by turning off the lights. The accessories come packaged in the poop box. I have had to attach hooks to the outside of the unit for permanent storage of these items. This should have been thought of and provided for. The unit requires a dedicated power outlet. A chargeable battery operated option would be better. Having said these things the cat loves it and there is not any wee smell. In fact the cat used it as soon as it was set up - rejecting his old litter tray which was right next to it.
