great price for the size and love that I can remove the cover for an easy wash. as previous beds I've had didn't and ends up ruining the bed in the wash. ended up buying a second to comfortably fit my mastiff and malamute

Rescued an abused dog and he came with a bed that he loved. Bought this bed to assist with calming and he took to it straight away and did not want his other bed at all. My dog is 9 years old. Great products

Our Maremma "Bear" is nearly 13 years old which is a pretty good innings for the breed. He has Arthritis in his hips and legs so we wanted something more comfortable for him that he didn't need to step up or down from. He really likes the bed and we're so happy he's more comfortable. Thank you.

I washed it once and the fabric wasn’t strong enough to handle a cold wash zip broke and puppy ended up bringing out all the fluff. Only used it for 3 weeks and had to dispose it. Would love to discuss a replacement if possible with someone please

A perfect size fit for our crate for our 1 year old puppy.He has chewed through every other bed we have bought him. So far he hasn't with this one.He did wee on it, but being able to wash the cover is useful. However the foam ripped when it was pulled (gently) out of the cover unfortunately. We are still able to put it back though.It would be great if the top layer of the cover was waterproof too in case there were future accidents.Otherwise a great product.

Bought 2..size xxl was the perfect fit for my golden retreiver. Too stretch out on in comfort..great support and he loves it..its great how you can fold it..great value for money..highly recommend..very quick delivery

Underside/backing of the dog bed was made of a thin plastic sheet, which was ripped to pieces within the initial day. Previous dog beds we have purchased from Pawz had a cloth underside which lasted years.

Perfect Bed for your animal

I received my dog bed today and he absolutely loves it , best money I spent. I tried other beds and this is by far his favourite. I highly recommend this for any animal. Its comfortable for him and easy to move , you can even remove the posturepedic insert inside and wash the cover on a light cold wash, quick light cold drying in your dryer.

Poor quality item and poor after sales service

The item arrived in plain white packaging, with no product packaging or product labels attached. It felt like I was receiving a second hand item. Some threads were loose. The colour was not what I ordered. Customer service did not want to know. I was only offered a partial refund of a few dollars even though I believe I was entitled to a full refund. They kept telling me 'Don't worry, your product will be good'. However, it wasn't and they refused my request for an exchange or full refund. I will not be shopping with Harvey Norman again!
