Each drum is fitted with Remo heads, ensuring they are ready to play right out of the box. Designed by DW in California, the PDP Concept Maple Series brings a custom-inspired spirit to your kit, featuring hardware innovations that deliver a high-end playing experience. These drums are crafted with European Maple shells, providing a punchy attack and a warm, versatile tone with plenty of resonance. To ensure optimal performance, the 7-ply mounted toms feature DWs patented Suspension Tom Mount system (STMs), which reduces tension to increase sustain. Complementing this, the Concept bass drums are fitted with die-cast, low-mass claw hooks, while the 10-ply Concept snares come standard with a trusted DW MAG throw-off and fully-chromed snare wires featuring carbon steel coils and chrome end plates. Every drum is equipped with graduated counter hoops, dual-turret lugs, and DWs True-Pitch tuning rods, which offer 20% more threads for enhanced tuning control.
