I like my Canon neck strap so I just bought the end clips and the 1/4 bolt anchor fitting.... I LOVE. THIS THING! I can unclip strap with one hand and switch from neck carry to shoulder carry when shooting... it's so much comfortable to walk about in shoulder carry mode now with my telephoto lens! When the time comes I will get their adjustable wide strap.I own the Peak Design 1/4 bolt quick release Clo as well and praise this company for their well made products!

Pros: Excellent piece of high quality kit, can carry my camera and lens very comfortably with it attached to tripod leg, always ready for action.Cons: Price is a little high because of p+p when added.

Nice and low profile for smaller cameras. I have it on my Fujifilm X-H1 along with the Slide-Lite strap mounted to the camera's tripod socket. I don't use tripods very often, so I only have to mount it once and forget about it and where that allen key is to torque it down. If you want a more versatile version peak design has one that is compatible with the arca swiss plate system and that comes with the Slide straps, just a bit bigger.

After the left-hand strap mount bolt broke off on my camera, I needed a way to attach a strap before sending the camera off for repairs. The Peak Design Anchor Mount is the perfect solution. I attached the device to the camera's tripod mount and then attached the strap to the anchor mount and the camera's right-hand strap mount. Now, I can carry the camera securely with a neck strap again.The Peak Design Anchor Mount is small, nicely made, and light weight. It matched my needs perfectly to attach a strap to a point on the camera other than a regular strap mount.
This is a good little gadget, very well made. But would be much better if the screw tightened down on a bushing rather than the strap mount itself, so it could rotate without loosening the screw. There is some texture on the bottom mounting surface that reduces the likelihood of loosening (and I've not had a problem with it), but it's not something you can install and forget about - gotta keep an eye on it.
When I first opened the packet I was suprized by just how small the actual item was. I should of read the product details more closely but the item still will do what I need. Its very well made.
Pros: Very versatile and easy to use. Slim design and easily interchangeable.Cons: Peak Design is a bit pricey but it’s by far the best on the market in terms of usefulness and look.
These Mounts are designed to be used with the Peak Design Anchor connectors to PD' straps, cuffs and other arcane means to carry and hold one's cameras. Much less visually intrusive and doesn't snag, scratch or make one fear dropping the camera. Well thought out and worth it! Highly reccomended.
This works exactly as expected. I bought this as an extra one so I could have it attached multiple lenses to switch my sling over quickly,
is good if you want to connect a hand grip & a strap. is what I bought it for . down side is I can't find a tripod mount to fit it ?. & it does not Quick release flush bolt . I find it makes the camera sit flat on the bench.
