Peak Design makes great products, and this bag is no exception. I am a convert to their tripod after it proved it could be more stable in a smaller size than my larger and heavier carbon fiber 'pod. Really love their attachment system for straps. I was all set to love this bag, it just wasn't a good fit for me. It is very comfortable to wear, pockets are good, well-built. But for me, it was too structured -- it is very stiff and does not lose its shape regardless of whether it is empty or not. I tend to prefer less-padded, less-structured bags that compact with smaller loads. It is also lacking a bottle holder -- I know, this might ruin the aesthetic, but a bottle holder is a necessity for longer hikes or walks around town. Also doubles as an extra lens holder. Sometimes the hype is real, and often when it comes to Peak Design gear that's how it goes. I bought this sling because I needed a compact carrying solution for daily use or a minimal gear set up. Bigger than a fanny pack, but not overly burdensome like I'm packing for a trip. This easily holds my Fuji XE-4 (with grip), 33mm 1.4, and 16-80mm zoom. If I wanted to go one lens only it'd even have space for like a small notebook or something on the other side of the divider.Everything else is as you'd expect, great quality and build. Solid comfort too. I love how easy it is to adjust the strap length. While I'd love it if PD gear was cheaper, you honestly get what you pay for. I'd buy it again.

I had the version 1 and changed to get a better access inside. Bonus, my Sony 70-200 now enters vertically, allowing for more space for the rest. I think the bag is a little deeper. The zippers are A+ quality and easy to use.The opening is spot on. Much easier than version 1. I do agree that the front pocket is almost useless because too tight for an everyday use. But I can see it useful for securing some items while traveling. (Passport, phone, wallet etc…) the option is good to have.I love my bag, I know that my precious lens are well protected, and it looks very sleek. I also have the 6 liter version, so I change between the 2 bags depending on my needs. Though I think the 10 liters is more practical in everyday life.

I bought this bag for my Canon RP. I can fit the camera with a short lens, the Peak Design slide strap, camera charger, any small adapters, lens wipes, and a microfiber cloth. I can also fit a medium-sized lens. The strap is extremely comfortable and all of the features are extremely functional. I had some reservations before I purchased this bag, mostly based on the price, but gosh I have no regrets buying this bag. It is sleek and stylish enough and doesn't resemble a big bulky camera bag, it looks like a small messenger bag or something. I cannot recommend this bag enough!!! Works perfectly when you don't need to be dressed out with your full camera kit and are just going out for the day to snap some pics.
This bag is very well built, big enough for a Fuji X-T2 with lens attached plus four more lenses. However, there's not much room for other items. The outside zip pocket isn't as roomy as I'd like. It doesn't stick out from the main part of the bag, ie., it's more of a slit and anything you put in it pushes back into the inside of the bag. So it's not really appropriate for a charger, bottle of lens cleanier, etc. More appropriate for a few flat items, but who puts their cell phone in their camera bag?The zippers are stiff but seem to be loosening up a bit with use. Two features I really like are the clever flip-down partitions so you can stack lenses without them rubbing together; and the way the shoulder strap works. Two features I really like are the clever flip-down partitions so you can stack lenses without them rubbing together; and the way the shoulder strap works. You just pull on it to tighten it up for carrying, pull the other way to loosen--very handy and it works as advertised. The bag isn't really designed for as much as what I have in it. If you put in a mirrorless camera and 2 or 3 lenses you'd have a little additional space for other things. Also, the bag tapers down from top to bottom. I'd like it better if the bottom width was the same as the top, and if the top didn't curve from the sides, in other words a more rectangular shape would suit me.Overall, though it's a great sling bag and I couldn't find anything else that works as well for me. The ability to quickly pull it around and reach in and get another lens as you would on a regular shoulder bag is a key feature. With a backpack or some other sling bags, you'd have to take it off and set it down to do that.I don't give it five stars, but I can recommend it highly. I looked for quite some time but couldn't find anything else to compete with it.
Great camera bag! I bought it about a month ago and I'm super happy with it. I have the 3L version, it fits my camera body along with two lenses, with room for batteries/ SD cards/ wires in the inside and outside pocket. The bag is comfortable to wear either over one shoulder or as a sling, where it sits in a comfortable position on your back. The strap is very comfortable and the adjuster is really easy and convenient to use which is great. The folding dividers inside the bag are also very convenient and versatile- you can store the camera body on one side with the two lenses stacked on the other, or fold the dividers to make room for the assembled camera and one small lens. Overall al great bag, 5/5.
The 3L Sling is a great piece of kit. It is well made, stylish and comfortable. Storage is impressive, flexible, and fits more than it looks at 1st glance. It holds my Fuji x-T2 with 35 prime lens, 18-55 zoom, 3 extra batteries, 2 filters, cleaning kit, neck and wrist straps, capture clip, and a few other accessories with ease. It is great to carry around or throw in a daypack for your photo adventures. Well worth the price of admission.
I ordered a few other camera bags that were less expensive on other sites. None of them were up to my standards. This bag by Peak Design was an immediate yes! No hesitation I would buy this again. The functionality is amazing. The design is beautiful. The craftsmanship is stellar. Since this purchase I have already ordered other Peak Design products. I am in love. With the cash back/points at Moosejaw it was a win win for me.I hate writing reviews but this bag is swoon worthy
Bought this based on the reputation of the brand and generally glowing reviews. Unfortunately, I was left a bit wanting, perhaps in part due to high expectations. The materials and build quality seem solid. I would expect this bag will probably last many years. What I don’t love is the interior design and strap. There are two small elastic pockets on each end of the bag but the elastic loop is stiff and doesn’t stretch much. The stiffness means it’s always stuck open so small items will fall out, defeating the purpose of making it elastic. They also don’t stretch much, so it is difficult to fit anything wide like a small can of juice or soda. However, since it’s so taught, once you do get a can in there, it certainly won’t fall out on its own.The other issue is ... MoreBought this based on the reputation of the brand and generally glowing reviews. It’s comfortable enough, but going from shoulder carry to waist pack is not as simple as videos suggest. Unless you prefer very short should straps or you have a large waist, and there isn’t much difference in strap length between the two styles. All in all, it’s a good looking bag with great build quality and some thoughtful design in other areas. The hype and price unfortunately set the expectations to a much higher level than some competition which is what leads to a bit of disappointment in the end. Try before you buy.
I had the original version of the Everyday Sling in a 10L, and use it nearly 6 years, the zipper broke so I donate it to Salvation Army and I replace it with the updated version. It appeared that the newer version is a bit larger than the original one. It fits more stuff and included a surface pro7. This bag is solid built for everyday use, great look, well pack, and surprisingly it can hold more than it appears. I was able to put my Canon R6 with 24-105, along with my nifty 50, my new 16mm, my 35mm, 4 batteries, and power cable of my Surface 7pro. The negative is the pocket that holds the laptop is tugged in so well and it is a bit hard to take it out some time. I also have the old version 5l, and 20l back pack from Peak design. This bag has lots improvement, and worth the money you spent.
