I really really like Peak Designs engineering on this one. I was looking for a modular way to travel and to transport my gear from my house to set/studio. And that worked like a charm. It was super easy to customize to set up to my liking, able to use the side access compartment to quickly grab the drone and controller on a whim. Attaching some of the extra PD anchor links and a PD Slide Lite that I have lying around enables me to grab this bag like a messenger or sling bag and take a walk.Here's what I ended up fitting into the bag:Fuji XT3 with XF50-140mm mounted (w tripod mount)XF23mm 1.4XF16mm 1.4XF56mm 1.2Canon FD 50mm 1.4XF10-24 F4.2 77MM Variable ND Filters (in cases)1 small pouch (containing SD card wallet, spare battery and Step Up rings)1 Small PD pull string bag (its the bag that came with the slide light and contains microfiber cloths)1 small pouch (containing 2x USB C to USB C, USB C to Micro USB, USB A to Micro USB and Lightning Cable to USB C)USB C PowerbankYEP! Well ,I've had a Channel Islands Travel Backpack for years now and turns out, the PD gear fits like a glove with enough room left over to fit either a PD Small Camera Cube (go figure haha) or Packing Cubes for overnight travel. Other than the design of the Travel Backpack (side loaders, loops for the c clamps to secure the bag) If you can find an alternate way to transport it, it seems like a more Low profile, less expensive option in my opinion than spending a lot of money on a heavy bag on my shoulders and I've travelled all over with that Channel Islands bag.I purchased a Small Camera Cube as well to house the drone rather than pursue the Large Camera Cube so I don't HAVE to carry all of that gear in one bag if I don't want to and I can always reconfigure the Medium Cube to fit the drone as well if I am looking to do some traveling and would like to save space for clothes and essentials.

Great, flexible Camera cube that can be used as is or in the 30-45l peak design back pack. You can reconfigure the cube to fit any body, lens, and accessory combinations. Zippers allow for side access in addition to top access. Within the packpack, you can prevent access and secure the cube, while maintaining access to backpack pockets to for example laptop, first-aid kit, or compact jacket.

The Peak Design Travel Camera Cube could be renamed to the storage, travel and clutter killer camera cube. I purchased this Medium cube (as well as a Large) and took my messy shelf into a tight, safe package that keeps things organized and in good working order. I can't say enough good things at the mix of value, customization and quality. Peak Design - keep at the great design and B&H, do what you do.

As is usual w/ Peak Design products, this is a well designed and thought out storage cube. It has bought front and side doors. Inside has plenty of room for a medium size mirrorless camera like a Canon R5 or R6 with 24-100 attached plus a 100-500, and one or two more small to medium lenses or other accessories. It's well padded, so no worries there.The exterior is the same nylon from Peak's backpacks and slings. It feels good and is quite durable. It has has loops on the exterior if you want to add a strap to it (not included) and use it as a shoulder bag.My problem with it was it was too big to fit in any of my day hiking bags (20-32 liter). It was just too tall. I wanted a storage container for all of my gear which could also be used for transportation in a small backpack. I was worried this would be too large, but it's perfect. For those who are wondering, this fits very nicely in the main compartment of the men's Osprey Farpoint 40 carry-on. There are also several points on the edges of this container which can be used for attaching a shoulder strap. The gentleman shown in the ad photos with this bag and a shoulder strap must be quite short. It isn't nearly as huge as it looks on him. It's well padded and very light.
This review is for the MEDIUM Travel Camera Cube, but I also own 4 ea. of the Large Cubes. I'm a pro nature shooter, and I use the cubes to keep my gear separated, protected, yet readily accessible. I use 2 cubes for my landscape camera/lenses, and 2 cubes for my wildlife cameras/lenses, and this medium cube for flashes/accessories. I have many camera backpacks but this is a well thought out and versatile "cube" that fits neatly inside the 45L travel backpack. There are many load out capabilities which PD demonstrates on the included literature. It also has attachment points so that it can be carried independently of the back pack. I only gave it 4 stars because I haven't had that much time yet to fully evaluate it.
Temporarily unable to wear a backpack to for traveling with my camera gear, I needed a (maybe) temporary solution for a planned trip to South America. The camera cube was considerably less costly than a new camera-specific roller bag and it fits neatly in my Travelpro carry-on. It snugly holds my Canon R5, RF24-105mm, RF 70-200mm, Sony DSC RX-100, Zoom audio recorder, and multiple spares and accessories. Additional room remains for travel essentials that I don't or can't check.

This is nice, but it's so abrasive it scratches gear.
