I bought this popcorn popper to have an option for healthier popcorn. Most of the pop in the bag options are full of palm oils and other undesirable ingredients. I think I have used this almost every night since I received it. It pops corn perfectly, with no waste and BEST of all no oils. I made popcorn for the entire family and everyone absolutely loved it. Popcorn tastes like Real Popcorn- not chemicals or oils. Small amounts of salt and melted butter make it even better! What you save in purchasing just popcorn over pop in the bag options pays for this microwave bowl many times over. Buy this- you won't be disappointed and enjoy your healthy delicious popcorn!

I can’t believe this works. I was surprised because I was sure there was going to be a mess! The top sits on the bowl, so I was thinking this is not going to work. But I just tested it out and it works indeed. I put only a small amount to see what happens. The only problem I have and this which is prob my microwave, the kernels do have a little burnt taste. So I will have to figure that out. Even though I don't usually bother with microwave popcorn, if I rarely do it always seems to cook this way. That’s the other reason why I normally use my air popper. But I don’t think this popcorn was burnt and it wasn’t bad at all. I still prefer air pop, but if I don’t feel like dragging the air popper out, then this will be nice solution and quick. Especially trying not to ... MoreI can’t believe this works. Especially trying not to snack on other junk foods. This will work for me. Just have to figure out the setting on my microwave. Oh and the directions wasn’t great (not a big deal) but I managed to figure it out, which is basically add some kernels and cover it, microwave for 2-4 min. Mine was 1.5 min though. What’s the limit with how much kernels though? Otherwise I like it so far.

Cannot believe any of the reviews that gave these poppers multiple stars! Unfortunately, I bought two as gifts. Tried popping mine for over 15 minutes. Only a few kernels popped, most kernels burned without popping. Had no problem popping the same kernels in my old microwave popping container or in my electric popper. Customer Service is lousy, never answered my calls and voicemails. Finally, CS responded to my email just after return date to advise it was beyond return date. Lousy product and service! Buyers beware of this company!

I bought this for my nephew who loves popcorn. I also bought one for me. I heard my nephew loves it. When I tried mine out, I followed the suggested directions (putting 6 T of popcorn in it and putting it in my microwave). The directions say to start with 2 minutes, then add 30 seconds until it is finished popping. My microwave is old, 1000 watts, and at 2 minutes, the top was being pushed up by the popcorn. It was not burned no more time was needed.
I love this popper! I learned quickly how much corn to put in before microwaving so as to not have it spill all over inside (it's a bit less than the measuring cup). The results are light & airy popcorn that I add a bit of seasoning salt and vegan margarine to to make mouth-watering goodness. I'm craving some right now just writing this review! I also like to use this bowl for my lunch as a salad bowl (the collapsible quality of the silicone and its size makes it perfect for this), cleanup is easy, and storage for it is not a problem with my other bowls. This is a useful popper all around! I am pleased with my purchase.
Have had this popcorn popper for a few years and loved my original one. I bought some for gifts this year and they have changed the design of the top. The top is now flimsy silicone, where my original top was hard so that I was able to mix toppings such as butter & salt with the popcorn. With the flimsy top, popcorn goes all over the place when you try to mix it. Not a fan of the new top. Sad they changed the design.
Love this product. I used to have the version with the plastic top which was great until the top melted :(. WP customer service was awesome and replaced it with the silicone top which is perfect! I love this because I don’t need to waste paper bags anymore and I can flavor the popcorn with butter or whatever I want in the microwave. The shape works great and actuall pops the most kernels without burning. Love it
I just used the large popper for the first time and I’m surprised that this thing actually made it out of design into sales. It’s a full-blown design disaster. The bowl is too floppy to allow the lid to go on without a struggle. The lid is supposed to measure the volume of corn to put into the bowl but that amount is *way* too much. Like, WAY too much. But the worst design failure of all is that the bowl and lid get ROCKET HOT! I measured it at 212° F. It is impossible to touch much less pick up the bowl when the corn has finished popping. Add to that that the bowl is so floppy / flimsy that handling it is like trying to pick up a 200° flopping fish from the microwave. Even using a side towel to pick it out of the microwave is a disaster. The bowl collapses and ... We don't do microwave popcorn bags, so this is a great way to easily make popcorn without having a mess to clean after. Each of my teens has one so they can make their own and season how they want it. Great small gift idea! We also like that the lid becomes the measuring cup, and the bowl is collapsible for storage. Word of advice, don't overfill the measuring cup or the popcorn will spill out of the bowl.
I wasn't entirely convinced these microwavable silicone bowls would actually pop kernels (without any oil)...but they do! We've used them a handful of times now and love the easy cleanup, which is essentially just washing a bowl. The only issue we ran into was when we tried a specific kind of tiny kernels that ended up burning a bit...but we've used it since with regular-sized kernels with no problem. Would buy these again and recommend to friends.
