I used this gel in a recent 21km race run as a half way kick & my results improved significantly by a few minutes.I am naturally shorter so 35g is perfect not to sweet or salty. It is recommended to consume with water so i took 1/4 prior to race and the rest without as already well hydrated.

Easy to consume, tasty, good viscosity
Have tried the lime one that wasn't to my liking but this time I tried berry and yummm, use this on my longer runs and do recommend this product
