When it works well, it is a fine bike. However, the battery is quite inconsistent. Some days it will get me all the way to work, with half a battery to spare. Other days the battery will die around half way to work. This is on the same flat bike path, same level of pedal assist, same gear settings, charged immediately before riding. I took it back to 99 Bikes and they told me this is normal, they can not do anything to fix it, and if they gave me a replacement bike it would do the same thing.

Very pleased overall.Minor issues with the chain coming off but still working through if it is caused by user error or product problems.
It was not OK the first day of purchase rear wheel has flat tyre so the next day I went back to 99 bike for correct one to purchase inner tube, the young guy was not helpful gave me the wrong size tube. I went home and installed inner tube and inflat it then explode straight away, I bought 2 so the second one the same thing explode again. I took off my rear wheel to the 99 bike shop, I met with a professional gentalmen and he check carefully and fixed my rear wheel inner tube. it was wonderful done. Three days later front tyre has flat again, so I went there to get the right one. I bought 4 of inner tube. They sell $1400 bike but they put cheap parts installed on the bike it was disappointing.
