Penhaligons Halfeti Eau De Parfum, Size: 100ml

I recently purchased a bottle of perfume for my day for Christmas. The scent is exactly the same as the one she paid silly money for a few months ago!!The box however was damaged, and as I am giving it as a gift didn’t feel it was good enough.I contacted customer support and had a super speedy response from Alix. Alix replied with a most lovely reply and assured me that a new box would be sent out and if I didn’t receive it within 3 days to not hesitate and contact them again.A new box was received within the time stated and also 2 little sample with it!!I can’t recommend this company highly enough and also the customer service is fantastic!Thank you Alix for all your help🫶

I love this perfume. I discovered Penhaligon's 'Halfeti' a while ago from some samples they sent and it rapidly became my favourite. Unfortunately I couldn't afford Penhaligon's prices, so I was delighted to find that The Essence Vault did their own, and most of all, that it was indistinguishable from the brand. It's a wonderful mix of woody, spicy and fruity scent that lingers for hours, which is important for me as most scents 'fade' on my skin after a few minutes - and at these prices, and with all their fantastic special offers, The Essence Vault is my go-to shop for any perfume!

I purchased this fragrance purely from the description and reviews. I am not really a floral girl and generally prefer more masculine smoky and what I class as sexy fragrances. I wasn’t disappointed and really like this one . This is probably the 3rd purchase I have chosen blindly and all have impressed . The prices of these fragrances have enabled me to do this . This is a great business with quality products .

Item arrived very quickly which was great. I would say the fragrance smells 95% identical which is amazing. However, it doesn’t last long at all, 1-2 hours max. It also feels very cheap, doesn’t settle onto the skin well at all, feels like it sits on the skin with an almost plastic feeling. Don’t spray onto clothes as it has an oily feel and makes your clothes feel very uncomfortable. Shame as the scent is great but clearly the ingredients used are very low quality so won’t be repurchasing.

I ordered this in exchange for another order. I went by the reviews. I like spice/incense. . Male/female edgy fragrances. I am not disappointed. Great service to offer exchange. I’m glad I did. This is like incense, aftershave, perfume all rolled into one. I love it. The fragrance develops over time, becoming deep and mysterious. Stronger than first vapour. It’s not easy to describe one’s taste but this has hit the spot for me. Totally thrilled.

But really I wanted to come here and give thanks and my 5 stars to Beauty Affairs! In this current climate (covid) it’s been tough.... I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! I can see why this scent is so popular, the notes are incredibly well blended - I'm finding myself going back to my wrist every few minutes to find different notes peeking through at every sniff. First it's a smooth woody leather, then a faint citrus peeks through to balance. Next, different spices dance in the forefront, cardamom and nutmeg with sandalwood. A faint whiff of cypress freshens it back up again, and it settles to a gorgeous mellow musky-leather-amber base with some rose and spices in perfect harmony on top. Quite complex yet not in-your-face at all. That being said I'd be careful to overspray as I feel it would interrupt the nuances of the notes. This is something I'd consider to be a unisex scent (perhaps leaning more "traditional" masculine). The day I received Halfeti I was already wearing a boozy, sweet and spicy fragrance (Clandestine Clara, also from Penhaligons). Halfeti was almost too much for me in comparison to what my nose was already intoxicated with. But I decided to give Halfeti another try a few days later on it’s own. I’m so glad I did!!! Halfeti is absolutely gorgeous! It starts off on my skin with a spicy/tart opening, a bit reminiscent of Jo Malones Pomegranate Nior. Then turns to a spice with nutmeg/cardamom and woody notes and a touch of sweetness/floral (although I do not detect Rose on my skin) and a touch of leather. At the end a vanilla/tonka/sandlewood softly takes over leaving me so content. I can see myself wearing this fragrance year round as it doesn’t have a heavy scent on my skin. I actually reapplied halfway through the day so I could re experience the journey again, although the fragrance had not worn off. It is truly a beautiful fragrance and I’m so glad I gave it a second opportunity to experience it on its own! I feel like I’m in Turkey in a trade market s we it’s everything it has to offer. Also, both of my teenage daughters told me that I smelled amazing! I always have on a fragrance and they rarely comment, so that was an extra plus for me!
