It is an NGLI 2 grease. I like the Penrite grease over others due to the light blue colour, which makes it easy to see when new grease has been pumped through (and the old, discoloured grease all pushed out) when using a grease gun (and packer). The difference is more noticeable than with darker coloured grease. I use it for bearing and driveshaft greasing on my Landcruiser, and for caravan bearings. It is also worth mentioning that I have found using packer that washing in kerosene does not remove all the dirty grease, so I recommend using a packer and grease gun rather than pushing grease through bearings with the palm.

Good grease to keep with a good balance for marine, general purpose, and high temp. Good choice if you only want to keep a single grease.
I like this wheel bearing grease. It is tacky & sticks to the metal surfaces. It doesn't contain molybdenum, (CV Joint, Universal Joint etc. use) but it is high temperature.
Very effective product for marine and caravan bearings. Have used this product for boat trailer, caravan and camper trailer bearings and stands up to the rigors experienced with this type of operation.
Easy to use, gets everything lubed well. Quality product.
It's a pretty blue! and have just completed my 1st instalation into the new grease gun and lube of the bikes swingarm, all went well
