My Forester has been held up by only four of these for two weeks now (long project) on the tallest setting, so ya, I'd say they do the job well. I think I had some issue with one set of these when I bought them years ago because I have a return in my history, but that's a thing of the past..

One of the jacks had a defect in the latch, such I was never sure if the jack was secure. I gave them a try, but I am going to pickup the pin-style.

These jack stands are super strong and I feel very safe under my car with these , they are very tall even on the lowest setting I have tons of room under the car .... you will need a jack that can go to 24” to get full use of these bad boys .

These jack stands are super strong and I feel very safe under my car with these , they are very tall even on the lowest setting I have tons of room under the car .... you will need a jack that can go to 24” to get full use of these bad boys .
These stands are tough and will last a lifetime. I use them on a 3/4 ton Dodge Ram Diesel and they do the job. As previously mentioned make sure you don't get them for the average car or small truck cause they are very tall in the closed position. I have a 4"" lift kit on my truck and have to jack up the truck and get the wheel off the ground before I can slide the stand under the axle. Once there though the truck if never coming down. A question came up if they were made in the USA.... they are not... made in China.
Well made and perfect fit for a low profile car. Very sturdy and easy to adjust.
