Great service My son & I went to Decathlon Kallang branch on 21st of July 23. We were there to get a treadmill & was served by Dina. Dina took more than a hour to be with us, showing us & letting us try out all the treadmills that was available in their shop. Dina is very knowledgeable too in the products. We made our decision & purchased this treadmill. Everything after that was a breeze too. Delivery came on the day, it was supposed to. The 2 men who came were very polite & did their job well. They sent us messages to let us know about what time they were coming & it was good. Then came the day for the setting up of the treadmill. 2 men came & did a fine job within a hour. The Treadmill has not been performing well at all1. Constant screeching noise from Start2. The music system is awful - no sound quality or sound loudness - just doe snot work3. For last 14 days, treadmill has stopped working and message on screen keeps saying "SERVICE" - have tried to call and see what can be done - just no guidance availableSorry, but DECATHLON - this is unacceptable and pathetic servicesandeep dikshit

Equipment is very rigid and trustworthy. I enjoyed using this treadmill.However, Installation person could not help us to understand the equipment. He asked us to refer manual. We were hoping that we shall understand the equipment through that person.Secondly, the equipment is not very easy to shift from one place to other.

Bad treadmill and worst attitude from Deacthlon

I Bought the treadmill on 19th July and it was delivered to me on 20th July. Upon the assembly of product of 21st July, I figure out that the metal parts of the treadmill is giving mild shocks. I immediately raised the concern with Decathlon team and from there onward my ordeal begin ( remember , I have not used the tread mill yet).They send their second service person on 23rd July and he didnt opened the treadmill /isolated different parts to check for the problem. Superficially, he concluded that there is an EARTHING issue -Decathlon team kept on insisting that there is an earthing problem at my home- Its a 3 storey building with around 30+ electrical products in operations and none of them is giving any electrical shock because of so called earthing ... MoreI Bought the treadmill on 19th July and it was delivered to me on 20th July. With all types of permutation and combinations, he finally concluded that three parts within treadmill are malfunctioning and because of that there is leakage of current within treadmill.This was half battle won as service people from Decathlon were able to conclusively prove that problem was with treadmill. At this moment also they were hesitant to accept it but I kept on reiterating that so that we accept the problem and find the solution accordingly.Now, Aishwarya from Decathlon is telling me that they are trying to find the best solution for us and for them the best solution is changing the parts of the new treadmill.This is completely un-acceptable. How can you expect me to get the parts of new treadmill replaced .I am really disappointed with Decathlon on three counts:1) I have to chase the for appointments, timings , etc. None of their representative updated me from their side- Complete lack of communication2) Blatantly putting the fault on the customer - I have to struggle like anything for them to accept that problem is in treadmill3) Now they are offering me the replacement of part- Do they believe I am such a foolYou lost a very loyal customer , Decathlon. Defective machine and pathetic customer service

Purchased T900c after lot of research even though its very expensive. First 2-3 days I was amazed by the quality of the machine. But on 3rd or 4th day itself it started to suddenly stop and start while walking. Since then I have called customer service 5-6 times. Every time they say they will pick up in 24hrs and you will get an email confirmation but Neither i receive email confirmation nor the pick up happens in 24 hrs. The threadmill has lot of extra features but the most important component which is motor is not powerful and not reliable at all. Good product but bad acts-sales service

Rating it to only due to bad after-sales service. It’s a perfect treadmill for home gym for home use. If you’re expecting installation or after-sales service, then this is not the equipment you should buy. I have purchased 3 expensive machines from Decathlon and I’m sorry to say their after-sales service is pathetic. Had to assemble and install all 3 myself, which was painstaking.

Not Bad But There Are Issues

This is s decent treadmill i have been using it for quite sometime. There are some issues , if addressed will greatly improve the overall value of the product.1.The heart rate monitor that comes with thetreadmill cannot be used. Maybe because the battery is dead, im not sure. But this is a big turn off.2. The noise level is decently quite, but the noise level is not constant, sometime it makes more noises and than turns quiter after sometime without any apparent reason.3. The day the product arrived, the biggest excitement was to run on Zwift. However the next day i found out ,after many attempts, that it didn't support Zwift and only 3rd party apps purchases could solve this problem. This needs to be addressed.

T900C Treadmill -Best in class

(Review after 1 month of use)Recently I wanted to buy a treadmill and I started researching the options I had in Cochin. I actually visited all the treadmill stores in Cochin and found T900C to be the best option you have in under 80K. This one is costs 63K and is way better than the other models which costs you an extra 20-30K. The treadmill is sturdy and with enough room for a comfortable run. You will see some -ve reviews about service in the Decathlon website, but I think if you follow up directly with the store they will help you out on that. Both the service executives in treadmill department Noufeed and Sreejith are also very helpful. I strongly recommend this model. Extremely happy customer.

Touch screen and incline are already not working!

Our machine was delivered on 26th October. We used it around 7-8 times only since then and never continuously and only in durations of 30-45 min in low speeds.The machine's touchscreen now stopped working! The incline buttons work but machine doesn't get raised on incline. The machine also keeps making beeping noises after switching it on! I thought decathlon products would be great considering this price. So disappointed.

Wordt Product And Worst Service By Decathelon.

The product is awful. Since I bought it started having issues in the beginning only. Only focus of the company is to sell products. Ni after sales service.
