The frame is so flimsy that the top section which should apply positive outward sprint pressure to secure it when the screws are tensioned is unable to provide enough pressure to secure the gate in place so is moves and falls out of place when being opened and closed. Save your money and buy something sturdier.

Purchased 3 with 20cm extensions. For their cost they are simply excellent. They come with a range of anchoring options to the wall, from small screws to sticky pads to simple pressure. There is a bit of flex in them once you are using the 20cm extension but again - for their price they are exactly what you want and we have had zero issues with our 3.

I bought this gate to stop the 2 dogs coming into the kitchen. Extra tall gate is just perfect, as we have a big dog. To let the cats still be able to come in anytime, we cut one middle bar out, this is perfect. Cats can come in, dogs stay out. Also, I ordered this gate after working hours, it was at my place mid morning the next day. Super fast delivery.

Absolutely horrible and annoying. Took my 10 month old with me and went to so much effort to buy and install these and they don't work! Gate doesnt open and close and the whole thing just fell to the floor... dangerous for baby. Also, when disassembling to return, it pulled paint off our wall. Very dissapointing.
We put this gate on our front door to keep the dogs inside. First safety function missing is the snap closed and stay open. Second issue is the gap where the gate closes is too broad. It closed shut on a reasonable sized dogs neck trapping it. If it can close like that on a dog it could just as easily snap shut on a toddler or baby. Save yourself the stress and pay $10 more for a well designed Dreambaby Safety Gate.
Exactly as described. Easy to install - we use it in our rental property and it’s perfect to block off areas of the house. It’s not as robust as some other brands so if you need to use extensions for an extra wide area (say double the size), I’d suggest spending the money for a better quality one.
Bought this today and installed it. When you squeeze it tight to the wall it will not move, but you will not be able to open/close the gate easily. (Like 2 hands and swearing, kids can't do it) Loosed the tight fit helps opening the gap for the gate to be operated easier (still a pain), but the whole construction can move out of place. To avoid this you need to screw things to the wall. Be aware of this. We taped all locking mechanisms into open state to make it easier. The kids can now open the baby gate to get through. What a pain - all baby gates are construction failures.
We upgraded to this tall gate when our puppy learnt to jump over our original 76cm child safety gate. The gate fulfils our needs as there's been no escapes since installation. This tall gate's locking mechanism is sturdy and secure but not very smooth to open. My only other criticism is that at 50cm, the usable width of the opening can be a bit tight. However, this may be a deliberate design requirement to maintain strength in the taller, sprung loaded design?
Very disappointed with this gate. The feet and sockets that the feet sit in are very poor construction and wobble quite a lot. Our kids have fallen through this gate several times. We have an older version of this gate that was is better construction and has far outlasted this new one.
I bought this gate with the sole purpose of separating our feuding rabbit and poodle. The poodle wants to sniff the rabbit, who hates him and attempts to bite him at every opportunity. The gate is placed in the rail on the unmoving part of a glass sliding door and fits beautifully, with only the slightest movement when the dog throws himself against it over and over. The adhesive instruction to place the plate on the surface and mark it with a pencil don't seem to take into account black surfaces, so we just stuck the adhesive to the plate and screwed it straight on, which worked fine. Easy to assemble, easy enough to use, I'm only docking a star for that slight wiggle when not bolted to the wall (which is impossible on a glass door or in a rental). In short though, if that Houdini-esque bunny can't fit through the gate, no human baby can.
