I have been a long time Persol person. I really like that they are coming out with different frame colors and lenses. I presently have Persol Black frames for my prescription lenses. I wear contacts also so I have the new Blue frames and lenses, the traditional black frames and green lenses and of course the traditional piano black frames and green lensed Persols. I love the grey frame -green lensed purchased for this product review. I love them all. The various frame colors allow me to coordinate the Persols with my clothing. They are never go out of style classics!!

So, if you want the temple arms on your Persols to wrap around the backs of your ears, you have to bend them until they're practically vertical. Even then, as in the case of this pair, they still constantly slid down my nose.This *never* happens with my 54mm Ray-Ban Wayfarers.And that's Persol's fatal flaw - temple arms are always too long. I normally do not even look at five star reviews because I believe they are fake. This is not the case with this review. I noted a lot of people saying ship time was an issue. I received mine within a week of ordering. I used the show room technique (tried them on at Sunglasses Hut) first to verify that I liked the pair, then I ordered them. Some people rated this item low because they did not like how they fit, hence why I tried them on at a retail store first. Fast, easy, economical, and the real deal. I will look to them again in the future for sure.

Found your web site on line. Found the Persol sunglasses I’ve been wanting. Couldn’t believe the purchase price. When I ordered the glasses I noticed they where coming from back east, I’m in California so I figured it would take 2-3 weeks because of the covid19 situation , and I was apprehensive because of the price of theseItalian classics it was not real. Not only did I get get these beautiful glasses at a great price, but got them within 5 business days from order, but I was continually updated during the shipping process. Ive been wearing Per Sols for over 30 years. Nothing comes close To the quality of the lenses and the fitment of the frames. I recently sat on my last pair of Per Sols Ive had for over 9 years and was miserable waiting for my new pair to arrive. I live in Southern California and good sunglasses no great glasses are a must. Thanks for providing such a quality classic and timeless look go anywhere pair of sunglasses. I will never own anything else.
My favorite Persol frames. Yes, I know...Luxottica but these fit my face better than any other style I have tried. This style and size fit me perfectly. Having never ordered here before I was initially concerned, but my order was shipped after a very short wait, and email was responded to immediately. When the sunglasses arrived, everything was 100% and as it should be. The glasses were perfect and arrived packaged very well. Will definitely order from Z Contacts again.
I love my new Persol's. The pair which I had for 25 years was stolen out of my car. That was terrible as I don't have lot's of money. Anyway, thank you. I will have these for another 25 years and bring them in at night. William Roberts

I was debating these for a while, looking at sunglasses hut where they were $70 more expensive. Once I worked out that buying them here allowed me to keep my warranty (rather than maybe not getting it when buying through ebay/amazon) I was sold.The glasses I got were not perfectly made (only reason to deduct a star). There is a tiny bit of the resin frame around the arrow that looks like it did not fill the mold completely. I asked my friends about it, and the consensus was that it was super small and no one would ever know but me. In the end I decided I would rather have them to wear this summer rather than wait on a replacement. I went on a bike ride this weekend and they slipped down my nose a little as I sweated. I wish they didnt do this, but not a big deal. If I wanted glasses to sweat in then I would wear something else. I got these to protect my eyes and look good. Job done.
Second consecutive pair of these for me. Took a header into a rock and busted the first pair. But had them for several years before and knew without a doubt I'd get another pair.These have great lenses that seem to sharpen everything. Note the hinge on the side---a very important feature. It keeps the glasses snug to your head and centered on your nose and face, so they don't move or fall off if sweating, but the hinge diverts the pressure off your temple. A great design. These shades can go right from your favorite outdoor activity to drinks and dinner at sundown. Love these.
