I've been ordering from PE Science for almost 2 years. I absolutely love their pre workout. I have tried their protein and high volume as well. I only need the preworkout for the focus. This pre workout has a good amount of caffeine, not too much, not too little 175mg. It also does not make you jittery and does not overly exert your heartrate. Absolutely obsesses, also all the flavors are amazing. The proteins are super creamy and have amazing flavor as well. I just am not financially able to afford their proteins. I also do not need too much of a pump, but if you like the pump feeling, high volume is an awesome product. Definitely recommend. The packaging always has a hand written note and samples as well.

The energy and focus I got from Prolific helped me power through my workout like never before. The effects lasted at least 3 to 4 hours before it started to fade. The strawberry lemonade flavor was good, but too sweet for me. I added double the water and also mixed in a scoop of TruCreatine+. One thing I noticed is that PES powders are very fine and uniform, so they mix extremely well. I also got a sample of snickerdoodle protein and it tastes like cinnamon toast crunch cereal. Again too sweet for me, but the flavor was good. I can't wait to try more products from this company after seeing the quality of everything so far.

I absolutely love PEScience Prolific. I have tried so many others but keep coming back time and time again. I wish PEScience was available at my local store, but I suppose that means I should really just subscribe, huh! Great taste, easy mixing, allows stacking with other products, and no itching or jittery feeling afterwards. My favorite flavors are cotton candy and melon berry twist.

I'm new to pre workout and this did NOT disappoint. I've done so much research and comparing between rereading reviews on a ton of different brands. I'm so happy I chose this brand! I have the sour peach candy right now(huge sucker for peach rings & peach related things) I can't begin to explain how yummy it is! NO GRAINY TEXTURE and that's HUGE for me, for I have a texture sensitivity. I pare this with the creatine I also continue to purchase from this brand only. Also NO GRAINY TEXTURE either! HIGHHHLY RECCOMMNED [: I can't wait to try new flavors!
Tried Prolific for the first time after using an extremely strong (320mg of caffeine) preworkout for the past 5 years and was surprised at how much controlled, focused energy it gave me. With my previous preworkout, I felt really amped up but in a jittery kind of way that made it hard to focus. Prolific made me feel locked in - not as insanely hyped, but focused on my workout. I felt a lot more in tune with my lifts, and it's helped a ton. I went from squatting 405x5 for 1 set to 3 because I was able to focus a lot more on bracing, and the energy was sustained throughout my entire hour and a half workout instead of crashing. Really enjoy this - it gives a great sustained focus and enough energy to get through any workout.
I absolutely love this pre-workout. The Sour Candy Apple, Melon Berry Twist, and Cotton Candy flavors are so yummy. Other than those, I've only tried the Sour Peach Candy flavor, which I admittedly returned to exchange for a different flavor because it was king of giving... green tea shooter, which is kind of not what you want at 6 o'clock in the morning, but I probably should've seen that coming. Aside from that though, this Preworkout has never once made me itchy or jittery. It's my favorite part of waking up early for my workout!
I am on the smaller, thinner side, and I cannot have regular pre-workout or energy drinks because it makes my heart go crazy and makes me feel really awful. My last PE Science order included samples of this powder and I decided to try it this morning.I was shocked that it didn't give me any of those crazy side effects, and I felt strong even through my last set. I worked legs today and the pump was REAL. (again, I'm pretty tiny so any size difference to me is a huge difference) The only thing I noticed it did to me was make me hungry after working out.. which isn't a bad thing if you're bulking ;)I'll be buying this with my next protein order!

I’m an early gym goer and I would be lost without this pre workout. It doesn’t give me any jitters, it increases performance, and you get a nice pump! It is such a clean energy which I love. I’ve tried melon berry and strawberry kiwi and you can’t go wrong. I will eventually try all the flavors. I also love that you send samples when you purchase a product! Those samples have led me to more amazing products. I LOVE this brand.
Not a big fan of pre work out, often makes me anxious, itchy and needing to use the rest room. Also not a fan of the flavors. However this pre-workout is pretty great. Got the Cotton Candy flavor which I didn't think would be all that good but it does in fact taste like cotton candy and it's pretty mellow compared to some other citrus flavors from other brands I've tried which is nice.After taking it for a couple weeks, the initial hit wasn't as hard anymore and I actually didn't feel much of anything, except a little anxious and needing to use the rest room.
