PestContro Portable Ultrasonic Rodent Repeller

I bought this cordless Ultrasonic Rodent Repeller in September when the field mice and red squirrels move into my Garage and make their way through the soffet to the attic where they run rampant. Since I put this unit up , I do not have any rodents running through the attic and the garage is free from the field mice and red squirrels from running throughout the rafters and ceiling joist. The unit is just right for my house @ 1,500 square feet. I plan on replacing the batteries the second week in December per the instructions.

I should have read the reviews. Everything the 1 stars say is true. Mice LOVE this "repeller." They actually DO build their nest within inches of the product. Like the other negative reviewers, I thought the problem was the batteries. Nope, even after putting fresh batteries, the problem was the same. This simply does not work as advertised. But here's the kicker: The company KNOWS this. They read the reviews (I was told by a customer rep) even the positive ones mention how ineffective this is. How anyone can give a positive review and say: "Well, maybe it just doesn't work with the mice in my part of the country." Huh? So, the company knows it doesn't work yet continues to sell it. Save your money. Total scam.
