I bought this to try on my new housemates German shorthaired pointer Nina. She has only three legs and she was over weight according to the vet by about 5 kgs or so. I gave this to my dog (unknown allergy to shellfish) and she wolfed it down until her throat started to close up and she left some behind. I couuldn't understand why she was leaving it as she initially looked like she was enjoying it. Luckily I had mixed it in with the other PFA varieties so it was only around 1/3 of the food was the shellfish. Needs clearer labelling in my opinion.

Our 5yo King Charles Cavalier has a sensitive gut & was prone to allergy rashes. I have been purchasing this product for years. Within a few months Scarla stopped taking medication to treat the gut condition. Scarla's coat looks great and there is no more skin irritation or rash on her stomach.We recently swapped from the turkey to the low fat option with no stomach upset.

Our 3yo Maltese x Shih Tzu had a skin allergy for more than 6 months and scratched all the time. Since we gave her the Turkey kibble, she improved a lot and now scratches very rarely. We believe this fantastic dog food with hemp oil helped her heal. She now has Turkey & Lamb low fat and absolutely loves it.We also give her Kangaroo & Hemp Jerky, which is now her favourite treat. I have 3 dachshunds who are super fussy and a little well...overweight ☺️ I bought the Low fat biscuits after taking them to the vets and being told they need to lose weight. I didn't think they'd actually eat them, as they seem to know when I'm hiding pills in food etc and are VERY fussy. I couldn't believe that all 3 ate them with no coaxing, soaking them, mixing with other foods etc!! ALso had the added benefit of a calming effect on my wire hair Doxie that is very high strung/anxious and is reactive to strangers and other dogs, so I'm super duper happy and will only be feeding my babies PFA biscuits from now on! Haven’t used it long, but my dogs are jumping easily into the car without the use of much rose hip vital, which is a good sign. Was using Meals for Mutts before and with age they are starting to have jumping issues. It was also blended with another biscuit so not given it straight yet. It is pricey compared to others but I’ll give it some more time and see if the difference is more obvious. Perhaps feed it intermittently as it’s more expensive. It does avoid having to buy additional supplements though.
I have 2 dogs, a 13 year old Border Collie mix and a 9 month old Cattle dog mix, both have an issue or two. My older dog suffers from Arthritis and since being given this food, is not limping so much and her weight is improving too, and our younger dog has some skin irritations and I have notice her scratching has decreased. I'm hopeful that using this food long term will keep improving both my dogs health. Another benefit I have notice is that my backyard is not so smelly any more after they have gone to the toilet. It's a Win for Me & a Win for my furbabies as well. I also love supporting an Australian Company. 👍
I have tried many dry dog food brands and have decided that this is the best. It has a good balance of ingredients that really have positive benefits on the health of my dogs. One older and one younger Border Collie both thrive on this food. The small kibble is great as one of my dogs eats like a little piggy and the older fellow is getting lazy and he can't be bothered crunching on big kibble. So we are really happy with the turkey & lamb low fat small kibble.

a little too soon to tell but he eats it. At the moment I am mixing the low fat with the turkey, but he also has some home cooked turkey and veg mixed in. I am cutting this down slowly. But in the morning I'm giving him some of the kibble instead of other dog biscuits (not so healthy ones) he has been getting. he is eating the low fat and the other stuff is slowly going. Mr Cruize will get there and so will I. He is not very over weight but came to us with a bad hind leg ( which he has Bowen for) so need to keep his weight down.
