Peter Thomas Roth Potent C Power Eye Cream 15 ml

Too early to say. This did sting a bit when I started using it and has a very strong scent from the ferulic acid. After one week, my skin has adjusted to the formula and the texture looks plump and smooth and my very dark circles are slightly less dark. If this continues I will be very happy, but it’s a little early to say. I have pretty tough skin, so I would say that this is quite a reactive product. I would recommend using less than half a pump at first and possibly alternate with a less active eye cream until tolerance is built if you experience any sensitivity.

After a ton of research on a product that would help with my dark under eye circles I decided on this. I've tried countless high-end eye creams but wanted one with more "medicinal" ingredients, and this claims to have Vitamin C, THD Ascorbate and Ferulic Acid. However, I've been using this religiously every night for a month (under my eyes, on my eyelids, and around the outside corners) and honestly don't see any difference whatsoever. The darkness is exactly the same and has not lightened at all. It absorbs nicely into the skin. I've seen other reviewers mention the smell. It's definitely not a flowery or perfumey scent like some other eye creams and I could see how some people could find it offensive, but this product markets itself as more "clinical" so I was expecting more of a medicinal smell. I will keep using this as it does have good ingredients so it can't be doing any harm, but I definitely would not repurchase.

26 yr old with a 2 yr old child= dark under eyes!

But i've had a long experience using under eye cream.I'm now on day 6 of using this product twice a day, which is the recommended application.I definitely like how my under eyes are looking, they do appear brighter.I didn't have much puffiness so I'm not seeing an immediate change in puffiness.I would recommend this product to a close friend, and I will continue using this product in my daily regime.I received this product complimentary for sampling purposes, but all opinions are my own.

Do NOT get this product in your eyes!

I wish I could give this product five stars. The consistency is great, it absorbs easily, and the benefits are great. My under-eye area is moisturized, it does appear brighter, and almost gives a filter-like effect. BUT, and a very big BUT for an eye cream, it is incredibly irritating if you even get a small amount into your eye. I'm talking burning, tearing, itching, stinging...I will only apply this at night because I know i will undoubtedly tear-up a little. The benefits almost outweight the negatives, but not quite.

I’ve been using this almost daily AM/PM for about two weeks. It takes a vey, very small amount to get the job done.Within these two weeks, I can’t say it’s done much for brightening (Dark circles under my eyes aren’t a main concern) but overall, my orbital area is much smoother looking. I appreciate that the product has no added scent, as well as the opaque, air-right bottle.It’s a thin consistency, so it soaks in quickly -whether applied first before moisturizer or after. I don’t think it adds much extra moisture or hydration to my under-eyes, although it isn’t too heavy that I’ve experienced milia! I am not kidding when I say it takes maybe 1/4th of a pump to get the perfect amount - which isn’t all bad, this will last you a while.Personally, my eyes can get a bit irritated if I apply too close to the eye itself (Eye Cream does travel) or apply too much. My go to eye cream

I have repurchased this over and over because it works. I had puffy eye bags and noticeable eye lines. I've tried a lot of different and expensive eye creams but this is the only one that makes a noticeable difference. If I switch to a different cream, I can see my eye lines and eye bags coming back. Not sure why everyone says it stings...maybe it's the vitamin c or people have sensitive skin? I haven't had any issues with stinging on my skin. Please don't ever discontinue this product!!

Upon the first couple of days using it, I did not have problems other than the observation that it had an interesting smell to it but I got used to it super quickly. However, there was one day that I applied it by itself (usually I will apply eye creams on top of eye gels, but that night I decided to skip that step), and my under eye started BURNING. I was surprised but I told myself I would just start using it on top of eye gels. Tquality vit C products smell like Beggin' Strips

1. Apparently the smell is part of the deal. Riding around on SEPTA with my bacon bits eyeballs, very distracting.2. I never understood what crepey-looking skin meant until I used this for a few days. It's complicated, because it did look nice when I wore it. But then in the mornings after washing my face, I was seeing a crepey change in my undereye skin that made me nervous. I looked older than I ever had before.returned it in the end. might work for you. can't emphasize the staying power of the bacon bits enough lol

love this product. Products come and go. Some products, we love and cherish. My skin is especially picky when it comes to cleansers. It easily gets irritated whenever I try new cleansers but it miraculously did not react to this one at all. True to its claims, it was really gentle and soothing which made my skin look plump after every wash. It’s also a good cleanser if you’re double cleansing as it doesn’t overstrip the skin.
