I don't have visible signs of aging, but use these kind of product as a preventive measure, so I can't comment on how well it works in that regard. What I can say is that it left my skin very well hydrated, and gave it a firmer feeling. I don't like using this during the day when I decide to wear makeup because it is a bit thick, but I love it for my evening routine. That is just a matter of personal preference though. For the record, I have normal-combination skin that tends towards oily in the summer and tends towards dry in the winter. I don't have overly-sensitive skin, but I'm susceptible to sensitivity with some products, like vitamin C. I don't break out much, only a bit of hormonal acne, but I do have enlarged pores. This product has not irritated my skin, but again, it doesn't provide much hydration, so I will often layer this on top of a lighter hydrating gel-cream. It layers well, if the hydrating moisturizer you use is very light.

At first, I was kind of warming it up between my fingers, but it felt too messy and like an extra step. I typically put a few drops of moisturizer directly onto my face and then gently rub everything in. For this, I felt like I had to do more rubbing as the solid broke down into a cream from the warmth of my face. Then, there was a sensation of it sort of sitting on top of the skin, rather than soaking in. I guess it needed to have that texture/feeling to replace the microbiome barrier, but at times it just felt too mask-like. That said, this improved when I changed my technique to lightly swipe it on my cheeks and forehead like war paint, let it sit for a minute, and then light massage it in. I was pleased to find this wore fine over my regular serums and under SPF and makeup... just make sure you give the layers enough time to dry a bit before you begin the next one. Overall, I’d recommend trying this product if you’re into high tech skin care and concerned about blue light’s influence on aging, just remember to wear a separate SPF and go light on the application!

(Normally I test skincare for 3 months prior to reviewing, but influenster requires a rapid response). Out of the two products I got this one was my least favorite. I'll explain why. This eye cream has consistency of extremely solidified half frozen coconut oil. Unlike the face cream from the same line, this product had difficulty melting on contact with my fingers, l had to rub my finger pressing hard into the jar in order to pick up a minute amount of product. It was still very siliconey-feeling and tugged on the delicate undereye area upon application. In order to apply makeup I had to blot my upper eyelid a little bit with a tissue to absorb excess melted cream. Otherwise my makeup stayed put over my normal eyeshadow primer, no problems there. Did I notice any dramatic results? No. I did see a temporary minimal smoothing of my fine lines, but the result was only temporary. 3 weeks is not enough time to see long term results of skincare, and if someone states they had marked improvement- they're not being honest. I'm going to keep using this product until it's finished and then I'll try to update my review. As of now, I do not recommend the eye cream from this line, as ease of application is very important to me.

I used to use loccitane eye cream but the price was too high and I wasn't seeing great results at the price point. I have pretty sensitive eyes so I have to be careful of the ingredients. I just tried some Sunday riley eyecreams before this but it made my eye skin peel. It wasn't painful, just a bit too aggressive. I used this right after that, and it didn't sting or anything! I have been using it AM/PM and I have seen a difference in my eye appearance. They look more refreshed and not as aged. I am going on 37 with two boys and my eyes really showed that. Great product but introduce it slowly

I’ve been using the vital e cream for about four months and it works well for me on crow’s feet and some under eye lines. I’ve seen some definite smoothing. HOWEVER, my eyes were very sensitive to it at first and actually started twitching after a week of use. I quit using it for several weeks but ran out of my other eye cream so I decided to give it another shot on an every other day basis. It did not bother my eyes when I slowly introduced it into my routine. Now I use it every night. It does not help dark circles so I layer it over Ole Hendrickson banana bright eye cream. Other reviewers mentioned it was too thick and didn’t sink in well. I disagree. I think it’s very smooth and feels a lot like a balm. Give it a few minutes to sink in before your next step. After using it for about four months, I still have over half of the container of product left. It should last at least another four to five months. Altogether a good product and I would buy it again.

Just reordered. I’m a fan

I’ve been using the product for a month now and I just reordered it. It’s definitely different and the texture took a bit of getting used to, but it was worth the chance I gave it. The moisturizer is very thick and you have to manipulate it a bit to get it to spread. (I mixed it with Argon Oil which makes it spread very nicely.) My skin is really soft and moisturized. Much more so than I’ve seen with other moisturizers. And I have seen a decrease in redness from my rosacea. I’m a fan.

I haven’t had any issue with foundation , concealer or powders on or around my eye. I have Charlotte Tilbury at the moment. Mostly wear Marc Jacobs, Laura Mercier Bobbi Brown and Dior on my eyes. Perhaps there is a conflict with ingredients. I just haven’t experienced it, yet.

At first, the texture seemed way too lightweight for my skin, which needs some serious moisturising right now. But I underestimated it – it's really nourishing, thanks in part to the Tucuma butter, which is full of fatty acids and is known to boost skin's hydration levels. All without feeling or looking oily, which is rare in my book. It actually felt comforting on the skin, soothing away the dry patches and creating a primer-like finish that also forms the perfect base for makeup.
