best purifier ever

Would defo recommend!!! We have an automatic litter box that needs clumping litter. When Boris makes toilet the smell of the litter is pretty gross

Disappointing

This is more of an aroma diffuser than odor eliminator. The liquid that is used to deodorise is highly perfumed and not at all safe for people with respiratory problems. I have asthma and after using this for only half an hour had difficulties breathing and the strong scent left me nauseated for hours. The only positive thing is a great customer service response for which I am very grateful. I got a store credit that I can use for other purchases.

Waste of money and time. First the power cord supplied wouldn’t work, then it wouldn’t connect, then when it finally connected to the app there is a fan fault which I cannot clear. So basically I paid well over $100 for something that does not work. The system of emailing your complaint and being allocated a number is ridiculous and unhelpful.

Works BRILLIANTLY

I am extremely happy with this device. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. It really works well and the app is extremely helpful.

stronger scent preferred

The fragrant is too subtle for my liking. Would be great for something stronger. I have a new pup and I place the purifier in the kitchen above its bowl.
