As per the reviews from other customers, I was most disappointed with this toy, from which our kitten was able to extract the ball, and now it's missing! Bought another ball, which we hope will be a tighter fit.

I've had this for about a week and my cat loves it! It's a great way to keep her entertained for quite a while. It also comes with plenty of catnip. I can't attest to the quality of it, as my cat doesn't seem effected by any catnip. The only (minor) downside is the ball is rather easy to pop out, but it pops right back in. I actually like this because it means I can clean the toy easier.
My kitten Lexie loves this ball! She plays with it for a long time, much longer than her other toys which she gets bored of quite quickly. . She doesn't seem to be smelling the catnip either that or she just isn't interested but she just loves playing with the ball it was well worth the money!
My cat Milly loves playing with this; however, the ball keeps coming out. I asked Petstages for a replacement - which they were nice enough to send one since none are for sale. That one lasted about a week - now I am looking for 2 yellow balls and Milly has no toy. I will make sure the balls do not come out of the next interactive toy I buy.
I had difficulty choosing a star rating as I wasn’t sure which criteria it should be based on so I decided to rate the quality of product itself. The toy is nicely made, not cheap. As for the enjoyment factor, well...my three 7 month old kittens got bored after a day. I don’t think it’s fair to give a low rating just because MY cats didn’t love it. If your cat loves this type of toy then it’s a good buy. And for the ones who complained the ball falls out, it’s a standard cat toy size so I just replaced with another cat ball toy. Works just fine.
We found it hard to spark our older cats interest in toys but this caught our cats attention straight away. She's played with the toy every night for hours, so much we have to take it off her at night as she was keeping us awake!
I got this today to entertain my cat who's recently been spayed. She pulled the ball out after five minutes. And even if we must or back in she gets it back out again. We don't know how to keep the ball in place. And it's been filled with the catnip provided, so I don't even think we can take it back now
My kitten absolutely loved chasing this ball! She literally spent hours with this thing the first day. Here's the bad news the ball comes out relatively easy and flies off into the room without a lot of effort. On the 4th time, just before I wrote this we lost the ball can't find it anywhere! I've used similar toys in the past and have never had this problem before. I'm taking it back
