Petzyo had a product alert on the Kangaroo kibble product that I had recently purchased. The product had above normal moisture content and didn’t meet the shelf life expectancy. Mistakes do happen but the measure of a company is how they react and handle the situation. Petzyo were proactive and contacted me before I knew there was a problem with the kibble and then kept me updated through out the replacement process. My experience with Petzyo Customer Care has been exemplary and simply outstanding.My Petzyo experience is such a contrast to our previous kibble supplier Ivory Coat who, in my opinion, couldn’t care less about the fact that they had introduced three types of chicken meal in to their Kangaroo kibble without notice. In my experience, the Ivory Coat Customer Care response was appalling and my concerns were simply “handled” with “we produce the highest level quality…” bla bla. I immediately went looking for other suppliers and I’m so glad I found Petzyo.All our dogs are doing much better with Petzyo products than previous supplier products – including our chicken allergy dog who is no longer suspicious of the food she is given and consequently has had a remarkable improvement in general health. I have no doubt Petzyo kibble has been a major contributor to that improvement.

My dog with a sensitive tummy has transferred beautifully to this food from a veterinarian-sold premium dog food. I was worried about the transition, but her gastrointestinal health has remained healthy. Being a primary school wellbeing dog, when she is unwell, it means she is out of action with students, so I was very happy she now has a food that she loves, her tummy tolerates very well, doesn’t have any cheap fillers and is an Australian company. It’s a win all round.My other dog was jealous of her sister’s new food, so I have transitioned her to the same food with great success!

This is an excellent dry dog food. You can tell just by looking at it. I’ve tried other premium brands and my black Labrador seems to like this one the best. His coat is shiny and healthy etc. I got mine delivered and there was a problem with the package. They replaced and sent me another one and the same day ! The personal interaction with someone is rare these days but this company has got it right. Well done and Thankyou! Keep up the high standards

We changed from the salmon and ocean fish to kangaroo and sweet potato as our young staffy seemed to be unexcited by his food. He was immediately more interested in the new kibble and is eating it a lot better. We had gone with the fish recipe to start because of the green lipped mussel content and he did enjoy it for about 6 months. He may have just got bored of it or maybe has an evolving palate…! We’ll see how he goes and if he gets bored of this one try the chicken and turkey for a while. Overall I’ve been v impressed by the kibble and the service - would like the website to be a little more user friendly though - could we have an option to have a recurring order of 16kg of kibble as two separate flavours in 8kg bags please. Thanks
Second order of 16kgs. Decided to try Petzyo after our usual pet food was out of stock. Was impressed by all the positive reviews and pet food review rating it more than our current Australian vet approved food. Our 4 yrs old Staffy used to have skin issues, since changing to petzyo her coat has improved and is sooo shiny. Our 9 month old Shepherd is thriving on it but we do struggle to get him to eat his share lately. We put it down to the change in diet and fussy puppy but when he is hungry loves it! Love the free delivery and priced the same as our previous vet approved food. find Petzyo kibble appears to be fresher and more moist.
It is an amazing kibble, my dog loves it! Low G.I so my pet gains a lot of weight that’s mostly muscle and very low fat, due to not being a low g.i carb source and not overly high in sugar like rice. And a very high quality lean protein source like kangaroo meat, and extra goodies in there for his internal well being like, turmeric, and nice omega 6 and 3 fats for his coat. I joke cooked his meals before, but kibble really helps fill in the blanks when you can’t. Also my only concerns is the life of the kibble after opening it. It may be beneficial to have some oxygen absorbers in the bag. I’m trying to go through two 8kg bags as quick as possible. Are there some other strategies to extend the life of the kibble
I have tried all the major brands and unless I used a specific expensive vet diet that had ingredients that were not even known to me, my pup just couldn’t tolerate it with his sensitive tummy. Petzyo was my solution. The kibble and raw food both work and dont cause him any more issues. Who could have thought that there could be a kibble that is actually good for my dog and the best part is when i read the back of the bag I know exactly what he is eating.
