I recently purchased this fan, and while it delivers excellent airflow, there are a few design issues that detract from the overall experience. The buttons for power and speed adjustment are located at the back of the fan, on the motor, which makes it inconvenient to operate, especially at night. I often have to get out of bed to reach the controls. Additionally, the plastic cover feels fragile and breaks easily when I open and close it. I would recommend improvements in both the button placement and the durability of the cover for a better user experience.

I ordered this product...they sent me the confirmation of my order, consignment number and when i check it with swiss post they are saying no product found on this consignment number. So i log in on my philips account to check my order they are saying also that i have no order was made.. what is it? I am scammed???..i keep checking my email for an update of my order but nothing...
I like the fact that it has a timer so it doesn't have to go all night
