There's no stopping me now, totally converted. Hate to end on one slight minor observation, as much as the top of the machine, is super sleek and glossy, your fingerprints show up something terrible. Not an issue really as i clean after every use but then it wouldn't look as cool as it does if the smoked glass top wasnt there so im definately ok with it. The controls are all illuminated touch buttons that are responsive and easy to read.The control options are really varied. There are 8 presets for each pan. You can run one pan on a preset and the other with individual settings. I have not used the presets, mainly because the suggested capacity ranges have not suited my cooking style. A major positive is that the controls remain fully operational during all cooking operations – you can adjust time and temperature on the fly, meaning if you think the temperature and/or time needs adjustment based on cooking progress, this can be done at any point. There is a selectable ‘shake’ reminder halfway through the cooking time (often halfway is not the ideal shaking time, but this is not adjustable). The finishing times for each pan can be coordinated at the start.This really is a versatile fryer – I use it for almost all my cooking – from warming breakfast croissants through to cooking full meals. I have not tried baking.I am very impressed by the evenness of the cooking for all settings. I have experienced hotspots and charring with other air fryer brands.Even more impressive is the very quiet operation of the fryer – it is almost just a background sound when running, not a roar!
