Not good. This Product quality is not as good as i thought from philips. it starts rusting too quickly.
I purchased this kettle to replace my older one that had started to cut off before reaching boiling temperature. After trying another make which lasted three boils and then failed (causing the main circuit breaker to blow) I chose this one. So glad that I did. It makes boiling water so easy, and unlike my last one doesn't spill water everywhere. It boils water fast, and is stylish and easy to keep clean
A really nice-looking kettle that is easy to use and clean / descale.Three improvements I would recommend to Philips:1) I bought this glass kettle to avoid plastic, and yet the lid is made of ... plastic2) It's only a 2kW kettle so it takes longer to boil than the 3kW I would have preferred3) when the kettle boils it takes ages to turn off automatically, wasting energy
The material is glass and personally I think the design is simple yet elegant. Worth buying.
Bought this kettle 4 months ago (to replace a far more expensive Bosch kettle which had started leaking after just 3 years…). So far I’m very impressed. The design is superb: the tough glass exterior allows you to see if the inside of the kettle is clean and of course you can easily tell how much water is still in the kettle; the lid is completely removable which makes the kettle that much easier to refill, keep clean on the inside, and you don’t have the potential problem of a hinged lid breaking off; and the handle is extremely comfortable to hold. Very happy with the functional design and the manufacturing quality.
works good.... but the glass was having some stains while using.....if we wash then it will be fine.
