The matte black finish makes the bottle unisex and looks classy and functional, the little handle helps with carrying or clipping onto a bag or backpack. Charge lasts for ages and water stays cold even on the hottest summer days thanks to the insulation. I’d never heard of this kind of self-cleaning technology before so I was a bit sceptical but after a few weeks of use I’m pleased to say that the inside of the bottle still looks and feels spotless, none of that “slimy” feeling water bottles sometimes get.

The uv sterilizer works well with amazing battery life lasting well over a week with a single charge. The proprietary magnetized charging cable works well and doesn't come undone easily but I wished it was a more standard cable (ie. usb-c or micro usb). Wished the bottle capacity could be larger as well (only came in 590ml), which means you'll have to refill the bottle more often. The sterilizer activates in a 2 hourly cycle so it'll keep your drink clean all the time. But due to the bottle capacity, I find myself refilling the bottle before the sterilization cycle begins. A really good product!

Please ignore the “It’s not great” review. UV sterilisation does not affect the taste of water. You can all research this fact. If you want water to have better taste, use a good quality activated carbon filter. no small carbon filter in a bottle will be able to affect taste drastically. Anyway, due to a condition, my tummy has recently been sensitive to water and I have been enjoying the benefits of using a Steripen. However, using this bottle over swirling a UV pen in a bottle for 90 seconds is way convenient. All you have to do is press the button and wait. No swirling involved. I have stopped using my UV pen since i started using this bottle. One draw back though is capacity. This bottle only holds 590ml. Many of the top insulated bottles have a wide mouth. For this reason I give it only 4 stars. Durability? I accidentally dropped my bottle onto a rough concrete floor once. There were scratches and a tiny tiny dent, but the bottle has never lost its insulating properties. I own a lot of insulated bottles from Klean Kanteen, Yeti, Thermos, plus a few others. So I am impressed with the quality and performance of this bottle.

Cannot charge

My bottle is not charging now despite leaving it charged overnight The charging design is annoying and not thought through. There are 2 tiny magnetic points that cannot keep the charger in place. It keeps falling out of the magnetic spots. I tried having just the lid up-side-down to have some weight on it to keep the charging points in place, still not charging. I now have a heavy bottle with no UV function I bought it for. Not recommend.

Durable, easy to carry and stays cold for ages!

Much better than I expected! Keeps water cold for ages. Every night I fill it up and keep it beside my bed and it stays freezing cold all night. It’s also incredibly durable, I’ve knocked/dropped it so many times cos I’m clumsy and it still hasn’t broken or become dented. On the other hand, the handle is really nice and big and makes it very easy to carry when you actually use it. And I swear the UV cleaner makes the water taste more fresh.

The bottle quality is great sturdy & strong, the outside coating is strong and durable. The UV light is easy to activate and love the auto feature sterilising your water every two hours. In my opinion this a a great product I am very happy with it thumbs up to Phillips fore coming up with a sustainable product helping save the environment.

Good-looking, fully functional

I was attracted by the appearance of the product, and it was the yellow water cup that I liked. When I received the product, it greatly satisfied the girl's heart, and the outside of the product was a frosted texture. Features are very good and very comprehensive, with automatic cleaning of the intelligent funciton. Also, it has the function of ultraviolet ray sterilization and odor removal. I think it is a very good product during the epidemic period. The whole water bottle is made of stainless steel, so there is no need to worry about bumping. It can keep the water temperature when playing outside, which brings great convenience to life.

Great for Asia tap water

Great bottle to bring to countries that have contaminated tap water. I used it in Cambodia and Vietnam and didn't get sick. It'll save you money on buying bottles as well as using less plastic for environmental reasons. Although, can be difficult to use and hard to understand when it needs charging or what level the charge is at. The charger is one you have to order specifically for the drink bottle and it's magnetic and falls of if not upright.

It’s not that great

The bottle is not what I expected. I thought buying this would sterilise the water and some how make it taste fresh, but it just makes it taste more like metal tap water. I’m not even sure if it works because the blue light can’t activate until the lid is screwed on. And you can really see, smell or taste a difference so all you can do is trust that it works. It’s quite small too, not worth $130 for a drink bottle. It doesn’t change the taste of water, so if you’re looking for that then don’t bother wasting your money. It has a nice handle on top to carry it around with ease. That’s probably the best part.

Works great!

I've had my bottle for a few months now and I love it! The UV light works every time and charging is really easy. Plus, the bottle automatically cleans itself every few minutes to keep the water clean and fresh. Bacteria grows like crazy in water bottles and without UV they can get pretty nasty. My old (regular) bottle would get a weird orange color around the mouthpiece and I would have to scrub it and disinfect it. This bottle won't allow that kind of Bacteria to grow at all. Cool and clean, like I like it!
