Love this light! We bought our first one when our daughter was born to make nighttime feeds that but easier without having to put the main light on. We now use that one as a nightlight in her room and she loves that she can pick the colour! We’ve now just had our second baby and we bought another one straight away for the same reason. Love that it can be controlled using our phones and there’s so many options. The battery life is great too.

We love these globes. Bought 2 of them for the lounge to add a bit of ambience as we only have ceiling lights. They face the corner of the walls and are set to randomly fade through the colours. They are brighter than you imagine from something so small (cut a football in half, about that size) which you can dim if too bright. We're going to buy another one for the lounge and I'm sure we'll end up getting one for behind the TV too. We haven't used them unplugged but I have no concern over the portability, perfect for when the kids sleep in the garden, they can work them on their phones.My only niggle is the cost so buy them in the sales if you can.

As per all Philips Hue kit, it is well made, integrates seamlessly into the ecosystem.Very bright, great colour. Interesting animated modes.Only gripe is the battery life which precludes it from being part of the daily system. But, as an occasional light it's very good.

Great little light for around the house. Have used in the bedroom, lounge and even the bathroom to avoid using candles.Especially good with the Hue Bridge to be able to use when not at home and then comes with a range of additional feature such as the timer and random features which makes it goes on and off whilst away. Will definitely be looking at adding the the collection with additional lights.
I really like my Phillips Hue Go. Great for easy wake up, nice go to sleep setting, wide range of colours, easy to set up, app let's you do all sorts.Biggest downside? You can't replace the bulb inside! So once it's done it's done which is a huge shame and a massive problem environmentally. Hugely surprised that Phillips overlooked this issue.Please give this product an upgrade so it has a longer shelf life. This would really improve the value for money.
Beautiful portable lamp with lots of colour options including flickering candle and fireside.Its rechargeable so very easy to repower. However only downside is that there is no warning when its about to run our of charge. It flashes red three times and switches off. Otherwise would have given it 5*.
I adore John Lewis! I always buy electric equipment from here because I know I can call customer support if a problem occurs.A great addition to my bedroom, and such a space saver! I have mobility problems so being able to just ask the 'Alexa' to turn this light on and off is a lifesaver! I do not have Hue Bridge, so I'm not sure how to get the colour combinations unless I press the button manually or use my phone. I recently found that 'Alexa' can alter the colour of light on command.I believe it's excellent that the Hue Go turns on even when it's not linked to the wall; it indicates that activating routines in my Alexa App works well with this device.
We bought this as a night light for our daughters bedroom, she loves the changing colours and we love the ability to dim it nice & low over night.Recently we went camping, took this & it was like home from home for bedtime, the light lasting all night on its battery at about 15% brightness which was perfect. Super versatile, handy for the odd power cut & bought with confidence from JL.
These lights are very useful in the garden or if there is a power failure as they should work on battery. I am hoping this one will give me long service as I had purchased one of these lights not long ago (NOT from JL) and the battery failed very soon. Generally Philips Hue products are very expensive but are excellent.
