An effective product with useful features.However, I was VERY disappointed with the battery life. As a single user, it was expected that the battery would last for more than 2 years when recharging was every 2 weeks. The first indication of the failure to hold a charge was 7 months into the 2nd year of usage when I experienced a rapid shortening of time between charges, to such an extent that the expected 2 weekly interval of holding charge (as the ONLY user) deteriorated to a time when it failed to hold any charge over 4 weeks from the start of loss. The toothbrush exceeded all expectations after the first use. Feels like a professional cleaning. My teeth are clean, smooth, and shiny. The whitening effect became noticeable on the third day of use. I am sure that my visits to the dentist will become less frequent.Value for money is all about this product. The process of ordering, payment, and delivery was simple and just excellent. I am satisfied and will definitely recommend Sonicare to anyone who cares about the health of their teeth and oral cavity.

The product was great, but just shy of two years completely packed up. Spent ages trying to find a way to fix the battery that had died but Phillips had done such an amazing job of making the product unrepairable. To change the battery requires literal circuit board soldering - it’s 2022, a battery has been replaceable since the 1980s but they worked it out; make it impossible, warranty is just out - buy a new one!! Keep those shareholders happy and the public will keep buying new ones because battery’s! Well done Phillips on keeping your shareholders happy! The only kudos I can give.
