The Premium 3000 Series Rice and Multi Cooker cooks rice and other grains to perfection. I love the way I can set and forget until I hear the chime. The colour is also just beautiful and compliment my other accessories perfectly. Additionally the price is very reasonable.

beautifully looking was what I thought when I purchased the Phillips Cooker online. It takes up very similar space in my kitchen comparing to my previous Breville Rice cooker. Very versatile with quite a few pre sets such as Nasi Lemak/Yakiniku rice, curry, stew. Easy to clean with a removable bowl and very quiet during cooking. Very consistent rice cooking with Jasmine rice. Have not had burnt rice after using it for 3 weeks daily. I am very happy with my purchase. purchase.

Very happy with the rice cooker
Call Philips service centre and asked to WhatsApp the rice cooker model and inner lid picture. Was informed no stock for this inner lid. Wanted to know is there any follow up from Philips. Or I need to call Philips every now and then.
