Philips Respironics Pico Nasal Cpap Mask Fitpack

Finally found something that works. Full mask leaked. Nasal pillows were just ok, but leaked and weren’t that comfortable. The nasal mask seems to be it. I may like Phillips better than Respironics

I never could tolerate the full mask or the Basel plugs. For 20 years I wore the Respironics Comfort Classic. Since it has been discontinued I have looked for a replacement. I have tried over 12 different masks. This is the one that comes closest but a Cimfort Classic small equals a Pico Extra Large. So if you loved the Comfort Classic and can wear a small check this one out

The Pico nasal is lightweight on my face, surrounds my nose completely and molds to my face/features. The headgear allows for adjusting both around my lower face (cheeks) and around my forehead so I have a good snug fit. I don't wake up with lines on my face because I don't have to tighten the headgear to get a good, secure fit.

I am very pleased with this mask. It fits very well and is comfortable to wear. It is just as good a mask as similar more well-known brands costing nearly twice as much. I am also sure that fit and function is largely dependant on a person's face size and shape. This works well for me and saves a lot of money, hopefully, it will for you as well. I would recommend getting the pack that comes with all the mask sizes to see which size is the best for you. I used the size guage but a larger mask fit my face better.

This mask is about as simple as it gets, and it works very well. It's easily adjustable and light weight. The clips for attaching the straps at the nose took a little getting used to, but that was minor and easily leaned. For the price, this mask is had to beat.

After an initial adjustment period ( airflow seems more concentrated than previous mask) I am extremely happy with my Pico... it is so lightweight and non-invasive when I'm sleeping. I've tried bigger more cushioned masks, but they were heavy and felt claustrophobic . The fit is very good on the Pico, as well, and no air leakage.

Great nights sleep

With my old mask and I mean old I was adjusting every time i changed positions. This is the best style of mask. Never have to adjust after I put on. I am a **** and turner all night. The mask came with-in days of order not weeks. Thanks

Not my new mask

Tried the mask for the first time last night. What I like about the mask is the swivel. It doesn't bind while I sleep. This swivel is much better than the one used on the F&P Eson 2. What I don't like about the mask is the head gear. The head gear is very cheap and I couldn't get the mask to stop leaking until I switched the head gear to my old Fisher and Paykel Eson 2 head gear.I will continue to use the F&P Eson 2 mask hoping that they will fix the swivel or someone comes up with a better mask.

Size up!

I was a loyal Resmed Mirage softgel-nasal mask user and when it was discontinued I couldnt find a replacement as comfortable as my beloved mask, until now. The Pico mask is simple, comfortable and old school. I wore a small medium size mask, but with the Pico, I sized up to xl. Give it a try.
