The groomer handles nicely and cuts my beard well. Certainly was a good buy considering the price and attachments.The only thing I disliked was the plastic packaging. Yes, the shaver comes with instructions that describes (and with pictures) which guides are used for what purpose. The packaging is not sturdy enough to use for storage and dumping all the unused attachments into the bag doesn't help with selection at a future use. I would have considered an up charge for a more sturdy long term storage case with separate bins for different attachments (beard, hair, clippers).Overall it is a good product and I would purchase again.
I had been looking around for a body trimmer and didn't want to spend a lot of money for little use. I compared this trimmer to the ManScaped product and you get way more for your money with this with all the attachments and for half the price.The trimmer works really well and I can not imagine a more expensive trimmer working any better. The only to complaints I have, if you even want to call them complaints, is that the trimmer itself doesn't have a charge indicator and that the attachments aren't well labeled as to what they are for. I guess it doesn't really matter, but it would be nice. I did find a chart online that lists the colors of the attachments and what they are meant for, but that chart isn't included in the package.

I like that it is light weight, the exterior material is soft and comfortable and will not slip from your hand. The balance of the unit is fanominal. The on/off button is a soft touch, the unit is quite and has a low frequency vibration. Over all I really like the unit. For younger people with taught skin it would be a 5 star product. But for those of us who are staring to age and have some sagging skin and use a blade cover, pulling to make skin taught, you tend to get harsh nicks, especially on the curves of your body. If Philips makes a unit that would address the problem I described I would Love to sample the unit. Not had it long but so far it has proved really useful and effective. Plenty of variety possible - possibly too many as I can't see me using them all. I like that they are are labelled. How do you keep them? There is a bag you could put them in but that wouldn't keep them easily to hand. Instructions on changing the kits was hard to find which was a shame. I succeeded by trial and error. It seems well made and so should last. You don't seem able to see how much charge is left - it just appears to be off and on but again it would be useful to know when to charge it. Most of my criticisms are more quibbles and in the end it is a good Kit and good value at the price, doing well what it is supposed to do!
