Amazing product! Opening the box was a pretty cool experience, the packaging and style of this cleaner is nice, it felt and looked really high end. Love the fact that batteries were included and also that there are different heads to use. It’s super quiet and easy to store too which is a bonus.

This makes cleaning my trainers (and shoes) so easy without having to risk damaging them in the washing machine. I've used this on two types of footwear, a leather pair and a canvas pair and am amazed at how clean they were after use. The different heads/brushes meant that I could easily clean both pairs and have them coming up like brand new, and the oscillating head let me get in to any creases and seems really easily so as well as being effortless, this is extremely thorough

Cleans quickly and effortlessly

For anyone who hates handwashing their trainers like myself, this product is amazing.Within this box you get the hand held product, 3 heads – 1 hard brush, 1 soft brush and 1 sponge brush and 4 AA batteries.Before using I filled up a small bowl with soapy water and dipped the brush inside and ensured it was coated properly.I opted to use the hard brush first due to how dirty my trainers were before using the soft brush and was amazed at how quickly you could see the dirt and grime coming off. The brush rotates extremely quickly at 500 rotations a minute and you just need to glide over without pressing too hard. I found if I did press down too hard it would stop rotating. The hard brush works very well on hard and tough materials such as rubber around the shoes.The sponge brush was lovely and soft and this works well for materials such as PVC, leather, suede and smooth rubber due to how delicate they are and how likely they can get ruined if not cleaned and handled properly.After cleaning I just wiped it clean with a dry cloth and they look all new.Overall a very good product which is easy to hold and really speeds up my time cleansing

Item arrived looking used and didn't work.

Item took 9 days to deliver to UK. Upon unpacking looked used with some minor scratches and signs of stains on the brush head. After inserting the batteries supplied it didn't turn on. The bottom of the handle which holds the batteries is really flimsy and is just a push and pull, with nothing really securing it.

More than a wipe down!

This product overall is great, it does a much better job that a wipe down! As you can see from my before photos, I regularly used to use wipes to go over my shoes, as I typically wear them most days and they can get dirty quick. However, with a simple wipe down, they are still left looking a little worst for wear. After trying the sneaker cleaner, you can see a clear difference in how the shoes look, from before and after! My shoes look brighter, and they feel more hygienic, compared to a wipe down. The level of clean I would compare to that of putting your shoes through the washing machine. The machine in itself is easy to use, and comes with 3 attachments to ensure you have the right cleaning tool, without damaging your shoes. The instructions are very easy to use, and clear on what attachment to use with different materials and the different parts of the shoe. I have given this product a 4 instead of a 5 because the attachment bristles are not long enough to get into deep ridges, and requires a little extra work. I am on keen on the product using batteries instead of being rechargeable, but I guess this keeps the product cost down. The button also doesn’t seem to work every time I press it, and takes a little while to get used to the circular motion the machine works in, and how to glide it across your shoes effortlessly. I would recommend to new users not to press down hard, as it is like an electric tooth brush where it does the work for you, and pressing down can hinder the work it does. Overall, it is a great product, and does exactly what it says on the tin!

I received this product around a month ago. I was very sceptical at the beginning but when I start using it I was glad I choose this trainer cleaner. As a trainers lover and a mother of two years old, it was difficult to keep our shoes clean.This product saves me lots of time spending on getting the muddy shoes clean.At first, I was putting too much pressure and the head stops working to prevent damage to the trainers but after a few times, I learned that you don't have to press so hard to make it work.Also, it removes marks and scratches easy and brings life back into dirty stained shoes.It’s coming with three different heads for different parts of the shoes and you can easily swap them when using the product.Highly recommended to everyone who likes their ... MoreI received this product around a month ago. It’s super quiet and easy to store too which is a bonus.I initially used it on a slightly dirty pair of white leather trainers, used a bit of soapy water to dip the brush in and away we go, worked well, removed most of the marks, but like I said, these were very lightly marked trainers. I was so impressed, I figured I’d clean my fellas work trainers (he’s a postman for reference, so his footwear can get quite a mess!). I had to give up on using this on my fellas shoes and go back to a manual brush which removed the dirt with no issues. Since then I’ve tried it as a polish applicator for my work shoes and it works a treat, buffs them up nice and shiny!To sum it up, as a trainer cleaner it’s pretty useless, as a shoe polisher, it’s fantastic….. abbé Phillips should just change the name (or make it rechargable!)

Very easy to use

Overall, this product is good and is doing his job. It cleans well. It has 3 attachments for different materials and different parts of the shoes so it doesn't damage trainers. It is very easy to use and change the batteries as well. Batteries are included, the instructuons is easy to read as well. It is only one cons of this product-it should be more powerful, because when you press the brush more, the head stops working. In overall I satisfied and recommend this product.
