Has helped me keep regular for some months now. Am very pleased with it.
Noticed a massive difference, I started off taking 2 a day for the first few months then went down to 1 a day, its enough for me as the rest of my diet is good.
Can't find any information if these are gluten free or not ...so can't risk taking them
Unfortunately these didn't work for me.
I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this was at promoting gut balance and reducing gas.
