I smelled this at Anthropologie and just about died. I had to have it. It is so comforting while still being sexy but also not aggressive. It really smells like my soul in a bottle. Its warm, slightly floral, and just all around comforting. I pour this stuff on because it smells somewhat like skin, but I donāt know how to put it into words. I hesitate to write this because I donāt need anyone else smelling this amazing. I had a coworker lean her head against me yesterday and say āGod you just smell so goodā. Iāll take that as a win š (but did I tell her? ā¦no. Because Iām selfish)

I am a perfume junkie (niche, designer, and dupe houses)... and this one was Love At First Sniff! WOW! A warm lactonic cardamom fragrance... light florals in the background. It smells like a marshmallow. Reminds me some of Brown Girl Jane's Casablanca. NOT THE SAME - but similar feels and same category of fragrance to me. This is super comforting. I only started with the travel-size to make sure it would stand up to my other perfumes, and stand the test of time. This is one that I keep thinking about smelling when I'm not smelling it. Soooo Addictive! I need the full-size now.

This is one perfume that I cannot figure out if I like or not. It smells so juicy and floral when I first spray it on me⦠but then after like an hour or two it fades and smells like milk and maybe baby vomit?! Idk though because idk what baby vomit smells like⦠I just imagine it smells like that. Maybe sour-milk-tang is better? I did notice that I basically had to reapply frequently to prevent the faded smell. This is why I havenāt bought the full size yet. Hope this helps lol

I sprayed this at Anthro last weekend and literally enjoyed it the whole week every time I wore my coat. I love an apricot scent. This would be beautiful in fall because it seems a bit spicy to me - the cardamom? Sprayed it again today...still enjoy it. One positive is that I like it right away - does not need a dry-down first. Leans feminine, but not excessively IMO.
I usually don't like powdery perfumes but Phlur surprised me! I am a perfume junkie, that leans towards gourmands and this scent is a fresh spin on a popular wheelhouse. On the opening, this perfume smells low a powdery- sweet (almost candyish) smell but dries down to be a spicy vanilla. You really get a full bodied scent with the cardamom. The one downside is that the longevity is about half the day so I would definitely reapply if you like projection. I also am developing perfume allergies unfortunately, but this scent doesn't affect me like other new fragrance houses do. I highly recommend if you want a youthful powdery vanilla
Remember that sweetly satisfying chewing gum from when you were a kid that was the best three minutes of your life, but then became flavorless nothing??! Thatās exactly how this fragrance performs. It starts out as a lovely, sweet but not too sweet, gourmand fruity floral. Had it performed, I thought it would be a nice every day fragrance, you know, for those days that you want to smell nice but donāt want to wear something thatās too in your face. This fragrance simply does not last, the dry down and fade away is almost instantaneous. In a very short matter of time, it ends up smelling like a worn off body spray from THAT mall store. So sad and disappointing. It had so much potential!
This was a blind buy and I am so happy I purchased. I really like this fragrance and can see myself reaching for this one a lot. Very feminine, pretty and sweet. Non offensive fragrance. I am very surprised at the bad reviews especially about how long it lasts. On me this lasts for hours and if I move a certain way I can smell it in the air. I can put this on in the evening and smell it the next morning. Itās also a fragrance that stays the sameā¦some fragrances are one way when you first spray it on and then change (sometimes not in a good way), this fragrance does not do that. To me, this is a great fragrance!
I have grown to love this perfume. I originally impulse bought it during the VIB Rouge sale on a whim because I love powdery fragrances and was mildly underwhelmed when I initially tried it. It smelled like straight up baby powder and nothing else. I gave it a week or so to rest after being shipped and picked it up again- this time I found way more nuance beyond the baby powder blast at the beginning. On my skin, this perfume is definitely powdery but melts into a lactonic, sweet cardamom scent when it dries down. The wear is pretty impressive too, about 9 hours. I get lots of compliments when I wear this and think itās a great, elevated fresh/clean perfume for every day wear. Itās also quite unique among the other āpowderyā perfumes out there!
to be fair this is the first time I've really let myself splurge on a fragrance (so take my thoughts with a small grain of salt), but this perfume is actual perfection - it smells warm, but sophisticated and flirty but somehow also professional? I was scared it was going to be too overpowering because I am extremely picky with my fragrances and especially with the name being so flirty, but it's perfect for every situation. a little does go a long way though - I only sprayed one spray on one of my shirts (I have sensitive skin) two days ago - lasted beautifully the entire day. I also just picked it up to put in the laundry and i can still smell the perfume on it. could just be because I've used a more affordable perfume in the past and i am sensitive to fragrances, ...Ā Moreto be fair this is the first time I've really let myself splurge on a fragrance (so take my thoughts with a small grain of salt), but this perfume is actual perfection - it smells warm, but sophisticated and flirty but somehow also professional? This scent is nice and I do like it quite a bit. The mimosa and violet give a powdery floral quality, cardamom adds a bit of interest for me (I haven't tried many with that note), and the vanilla is very milky and subtly sweet. A milky, powdery, floral, tastefully sweet scent that would be good for a sassy Little aesthetic (if you know you know) which isn't necessarily my aesthetic but I like it anyways. At first spray it kind of reminds me of MJ Perfect, but it is it's own thing after like one minute.Longevity isn't great, it's noticeable for about 2 hours with a modest aura of a few inches, and then you have to press your nose to the skin. Performance is equally bad on clothing and hair. That being said I could smell it on my arm after sleeping for 8 hrs.. if I ...Ā MoreThis scent is nice and I do like it quite a bit. It's not worth it to me for poor performance but the scent itself is lovely! I'd try an intense version if they made one for sure. This is good for all seasons and would be best for a pretty daytime or a more cute snuggly night scent, not a sexy scent to me as it was described and due to poor sillage Def not a "head turner".the packaging is very cute and quality looking but I did think it was kind of weird to not have cellophane wrapping. shipping was also surprisingly quick considering the sale going on!if part of this reverie looks familiar it's because I copy pasted my fragrantica review and added to it.
