These speakers are great! They have a clear crisp sound and don't distort at high volume. The bass sounds great and I still get awesome high end sounds from the tweeter

I like this speaker's sound. These speakers cater to the 6.5 component pair. In my car I got the Pioneer component set in the front, for the door/dash. In the rear was this pair of 3-ways. They sound very clean/crisp. When I bought BOTH pairs of speakers, they were on sale or had competitive pricing. If you can buy this pair for $50 or lesser, do it immediately. NOW in terms of "bass and loudness", I honestly couldn't answer that - I don't have them amped up yet. The 2 pairs of Pioneers I have, are giving me the HIGHS and sound very crisp. They're going thru my stock radio which HONDA has me stuck with. From "my experience", they kind of remind me of Polk Audio speakers. Sound quality was pretty good for the price you are paying. It also comes with all the brackets/Screws which makes it easier to install to any vehicle.

You usually get what you pay for ... but this time I got more than I paid for! The quality appears to be good and after I tuned the head unit properly, the speaker sound was very, very good. They are extremely easy to install and the adapter plate is a great extra. Mind you, I didn't need it for my fitment. I highly recommend these speakers. Cheers, Bill.
Matched to the right system output or amplified... perfect especially with sub woofer . Some equaliser adjustments to get perfect.
I did not use the "vehicle specific" mounting rings as there is no way to attach the speaker to them. Luckily the speakers have the necessary tabs to fit the door, and a single self tapping screw at the top center did the job. Also, leave the snazzy Pioneer speaker grills off because they don't fit behind the door panels. The Metra wiring harness adapters are spot on. Overall good units.
Improved sound compared to stock speakers but hardly any bass. I even filled the door with foam. No bass,don't buy. If I didn't modify mountings and wiring would of sent it back. Rubbish.
These speakers are great value and sound to add to an upgraded head unit. Installed them in our ST184 Celica, a massive increase in sound quality. Don't expect massive bass, but are quite reasonable and the high freqs are pretty damn good. Supplied adapter kits could be very handy for newer cars. All up, good bang for buck $$$
Upgraded my 2006 trailblazer SS speakers with these, easy install sound good but cant handle bass and distort some under high volume, but they do the job and sound better than factory speakers. I have a 15 sub paired with 4 of these.
