Having paid for next day delivery & ordered before 8am, the surprise birthday gift didn’t arrive for 5 days. On complaining I was told free delivery was 3-5 working days…..clearly not even bothered to look at my order. Re-emailed to correct them, TWICE, & both emails totally ignored. Appalling customer service and appalling service in general. I should have read other reviews beforehand! Will NOT be using or recommending them again

Love this brand, served chilled a lovely fruity balanced champagne, not too fizzy, not too sweet, just right, for every champagne occasion.

Not sure if this was just a bad batch, but we cracked a bottle to bring in the new year and all 4 were disappointed. There was a very bitter undertone, and I would have preferred to spend an extra $20 on Veuve or bought our usual go to, Duperrey Vintage.

This is a great, ?fun? champagne. It?s easy drinking and tastes delicious and makes you feel good. It?s not my favourite champers but if I had a party I?d serve this. For good times??
Love champagne and this one especially is very drinkable
I love this champagne with its fine bubbles and intense apple and pear notes. It had such a depth of flavour right to the last bubble. Great for a girls weekend or anniversary. Drink it with smoked salmon, crusty bread and Pate.
Bought a bottle of this amazing bubbly for a 40th Wedding Anniversary celebration gift by post. Delivery was prompt and the whole end to end process reliable and stress free. Will definitely order again
One of the few confirmed vegan friendly champagne houses, I wish BWS would list it as such - writing this as FYI for vegans.
Old, old, favourite. My late husband loved it , as do I. I buy and drink it as often as I can. I but at least a case when it’s on offer
Since we found this champagne every other one is disappointing. Love this one. Extra special treat for toasting good times.
