From a tight budget live performance production perspective, these are a little expensive, but they are super well made, they'll take a fair bit of abuse, and getting good cables in a stage useable length, well, you get what you pay for. These are the most abused and mobile leads in my staging kit and they are very reliable, which is why I keep buying more of them.

After I had been playing guitar for about a year, I decided to go to a local guitar shop and upgrade my equipment, and the salesman talked me into getting a set of these. Man these things are the best cables I've ever used, that pair lasted me almost 5 years no joke. They withstand much use and cut alot of noise that I get using any other cables, even makes my old strat dead silent. I will never trust another brand, especially for recording.

I bought two of these cables and each one failed after about 20 gigs (I play bass in a swing band that plays at retirement and senior centers in Utah). I take very good care of all my equipment and I am sure these cables were not abused in any way. The one cable simply quite working at all and the other started causing very loud static noises. You have to ship then all the way to New York State to get them replaced, and it's not worth the shipping cost if they are replaced with the same poor quality cable. Don't waste your money.
Tried these out after my Maxon OD808 into my amp and I lost high end compared to my Livewire cable. In a pinch these work alright but I would not buy them again. I was honestly surprised at the difference. The cord finish is also grippy like Apple cables so they get tangled really easily and very thin so it is very bendable.
Skip this cord. I wanted to buy something durable for my students in a rural area. This cable seems to twist and tangle easily. Also bought the D'Addario stage cable that seems to have a thicker rubber jacket on the outside. The sound is adequate. I would prefer The Leader cable over this.
Bought this guitar lead as it had good reviews for the price, however it has stopped working properly after only 2 months since purchase. The cable has been looked after at all times, however the lead only works now if in a very specific place where the connector has to be wriggled to get any sound. Recommend spending more on something decent, and more robust.
The cable lasted a month or two. The cable is flimsy.will not plug into strOat style jack either. I had 2 both are not working.
Decided to try this brand because the price looked appealing. Didn't even realize that the cable can be made so cheaply. It is very thin and soft. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for a better quality cable. I guess, I will keep this one as a backup.
I got these for free with some deal where you buy so many strings and they give you a free calbe. Well, I was really glad because Planet Waves are supposed to be like really good. Well.... the quality is horible. one calbe shorted out some where in the cable far from the plug. And there wasn't even any cosmetic damage at all. the other one just started to short out around the plug. very disapointed. I'm really surprised that these parcticular cables are so crappy. friends of mine who have bought planet waves cables seperately, and bought the expensive plugs are very happy. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CABLES. WILL DIE WHEN YOU NEED THEM THE MOST.
