Playmax Surface RGB X2 Mouse Mat

I'm not a gamer and use a Logitech trackball, so don't need a high resolution mouse-mat. After buying one of these RGB mats for my wife as a gag (because it has pretty colours), I promptly went out and bought myself one too. The desktop comfort is exceptional, making the desk an all round nicer place to sit and lean. The mat cleans easily as spills do happen. I like the RGB edge, not for the lights but for the longevity of the edge, I had bought my son one of these mats to game on, sans the RGB edge and his feels quite fragile around the edges.The RGB edge is quite subdued during daylight working, but at night, makes for a pleasant lighting effect around my unlit keyboard.

I received exactly what was advertised. Very good for its price. Ove owned the product for a month or so.Pros:Does not slip, very grippy.Bright RGBSimple to use (1 button for on/off AND switching colours)Comfortable (and logical sizing)Cons:The Mouse Pad is rolled up in its packaging (as expected), it takes a little while to become completely flat, especially near the ends.As far as my knowledge goes, there is no software for the RGB so if you dont like any of the static colours or combination of colours there is no way to change them.Overall very happy with this product.

This rgb mousepad is fantastic both for the price and quality. The light tube that goes around is held to the mat with a plastic thread like fishing thread and it often hurts when you have bare arms and you need to move your mouse to one end of the mouse pad and you play using your entire arm. I don't seen this happening to me because I wear long sleeves. My mouse cable sometimes scratches along the edge and I don't really like that and so I gave it 4 stars. However I have seen worse and I think this was still a good product

I never had leds on a pad. Not to mention a larger pad. I made sure the dimensions were good enough for covering keybord + mouse areas, but without taking the whole desk. Result: it looks fantastic, especially when working at night.Super easy to use, good quality... very straightforward. Some users said 'it'll come bent, as it is packed as a roll.. you'll need to leave it a day or two under some heavy stuff to get it straight'.... not true: came with a bit of bent but very quickly, in a matter of an hour.. I was using it straight.Only con: if you are like me and have some snacks from time to time.. you'll find yourself moving the pad upwards and downwards every time you bring a plate.

My concern for this product was that the light would be dim or just look bad, but I was completely wrong! Its so bright with so many colour options too! The mat itself feel amazing and is a perfect fit for my desk! I think it was definitely worth the price! I would totally recommend!

I do not recommend this desk mat and would suggest trying something else. The middle of the mat curls up significantly; I can easily fit my fingers under the curves it makes. I put it on a table with several books for 5 days and it did not solve the issue. I even tried using heat to kind of iron it out. No luck.Returned the mat and got it replaced with another. It looked okay at a glance in the store, but I get home and it's probably worse than the first one. I put about 20kg of books onto the mat for over 36 hours and it has made zero difference.As I type this out, I count FOUR hills/curves along the edge of the mat which runs closest to me. It even catches my wrist as I use the mouse and keyboard.Avoid this product

Personally I love its size and how easy it was to set it up! The material is very durable, water resistant and dust resistant, and its RGB Lighting is perfect! There are only two downsides to this product but are not that bad: the box that lights up the mousepad is a bit big and can sometimes get in the way but I barely notice it as much as I used to.I have had this mousepad for about 4 weeks now I think and I always love closing the curtains at night, turning on the power to the mousepad, and see my room light up in beautiful colours!!I HIGHLY recommend this mousepad to anyone who is looking for a nice starter XL mousepad as I still love the fluid mouse movements that I get when I play some games.LOVE IT!!!

Good but with a lot of flaws

To keep this review clear I will go over the pros and cons of this mousepadPros:- Affordable- good enough rgb- good enough sizeCons:-poor mousepad quality- restrictive rgb colours and effects- because of rgb tubing the mousepad doesn't go flat and the edges are wavy (very annoying)- the chord plugs in to the side making it look worse in terms of cleanliness and cable management

Okay entry-level mouse/keyboard mat. Needs imprv.

The pictures are misleading, you cannot get a glowing RGB as shown, it's just two LEDs in the edge of the unit, so at best you get two colours. Still a great mouse pad, but advertising needs to be accurate.Also, the strip around the outside of the mat is too long for the mat itself, so the edges curl up and become wavy because the plastic strip can't escape without pulling the mat with it. Apparently you can open these pretty easily and just trim off a few mm, but I'm not playing with that and the warranty.

Recommend this sick mat

Bought this mouse mat about a week ago and it’s amazing. Smooth surface, cool lights around it and can turn off and on. Also can change different colours. I needed at mouse mat that can fit a keyboard and mouse. Fits perfectly on my desk. Got it on sale. I recommend this mouse mat.
