Playmobil - Mini Cooper
All car enthusiasts can look forward to a true legend from Great Britain: the Mini Cooper. Not only Mr. Bean but also the Beatles drove this iconic cult car. Like no other vehicle, the Mini Cooper embodies classic British style in a small, fun, and agile package. It's no wonder that the design of the original Minis remained almost unchanged for nearly 41 years. The Mini Cooper offers a lot of car in a small space – for designer Alec Issigonis, "creative use of space" and "focus on the essentials" were so paramount that neither heating nor radio could be accommodated in the car, and sliding windows were used instead of retractable ones. Like the original, the Playmobil model makes every collector's heart race. The tailgate can be opened, and through the removable roof, four figures can enter this little marvel of space. The Mini Cooper shines not only with its loving and detailed design but also with high-quality individual parts in elegant chrome finish. As befits a British car, the steering wheel and driver's seat are on the right side. The set includes two figures in colorful 70s outfits with a Dalmatian, as well as a policeman in typical English uniform.

We have had this toy for about a month and it is still one of my child’s favorite toys to play with. She will play for it for a couple hours a day at least, making up stories for the little people and she thinks the dog is so cute!I wasn’t quite expecting to have to put so much of the toy together ourselves, and it was quite a lot of small part assembly. Parts of that were trickier than others, but my 5 year old actually wanted to help out and she was able to do quite a bit of it on her own which was cool. There are some VERY small parts however, so warning for those with smaller kiddos in the home. The woman character comes with a necklace and watch that can be taken on and off, but I chose to super glue them on so we wouldn’t lose them (although it did come ... MoreWe have had this toy for about a month and it is still one of my child’s favorite toys to play with. Super cute! Will definitely be purchasing more of these sets for her to play with!

This is something that's made for kids but well made enough for adults to enjoy as well. A perfect gift for a mini cooper fan. The attention to detail is great down to the chrome accents. I also love that it comes with multiple action figures. Great for the kid at heart that appreciates a well made "toy"

Such a fun out of the ordinary toy. My son put the pieces together himself and it didn't take long and it was easy to do. The figures have tiny detachable details and make the imaginative play even more fun. The car rolls smoothly and my son's favorite part was getting the people into the car and packing the trunk. He plays with it almost everyday but with a gentleness that is very different from his regular race cars .

My 7 year old granddaughter loved playing with this mini cooper lego set. She was able to assemble it on her own. The instruction booklet was easy to understand. The lego pieces snapped in place very well. Legos are great for kids. It helps simulate their mind and creativity.Overall a good quality lego set that has easy instructions a kid can understand.
This is a really cute toy and it was super easy to put together. I put it together with my 3 year old and we had a lot of fun though pieces are pretty easy to fit into the spots for the most part you will have a little struggle with the headlights and the tires but that's fine it's not a big issue. I love the color of the car and the detailing of everything, from the police outfit, all the way down to the dog and his leash. I would highly recommend this for anyone that has a kid with an active imagination. The one think that would make it every so slightly better is if the wheels turned, it's just a straight back and forward. No big deal as my boy loves it!
I got this Mini Cooper approximately a month ago. I had been waiting for a big snowstorm to come in so they would have something new to play with. I had just bought a new huge play rug with a gas station, houses, farms, and all kinds of places to go. After breakfast I told them to go downstairs we were going to organize toys boy were they surprised. Yelling, laughing and so much fun. Needless to say, the only time I saw them the whole day was at mealtime. They love the cooper and little people. One big hit in our house.
Awesome looking Mini Cooper set that reminds me of Mr. Bean and the Beatles. The mini cooper and figures are very detailed, with the roof coming off and trunk opening. The only disappointment is the doors not opening. Some parts I found to be super small and can easily get lost. It was fun to put together, durable to play with and very life-like. The Dalmatian is a cute addition.
I just love Playmobil's mini Cooper playset. The car is amazingly detailed from the license stickers and headlights to the side mirrors and rims. The rich blue hue is gorgeous,!I love the characters! Included are a dalmatian dog with leash and posable head, groovy dressed guy, groovy 60s girl with purse, suitcase, newspaper and policeman with whistle and baton. Each character takes you back to 1960s London and is detailed in color and costume. The accessories easily fit with the characters. I put the teeny tiny whistle in the policeman's hand and it fit and stayed. These are easy to hold. I loved the box design. Inside the British theme continues with a London city scape displayed on union jack flag colors. The roof of the car lifts off to place the characters inside. My only complaints with this product are the really large box it comes in and the car doors don't open. I'm so glad that Playmobil kept there set safe in the design of the box, but I think it probably could have fit in one half the size. Also, it bugs me when you get a car playset and the doors don't open. Even though this awesomely has a removable roof, the doors on the car should still open and close. I'm hooked on the Playmobil brand now and I see myself making purchases of their playsets in the future!

There are some small parts so if you are working with a child that's three years old to five years old I would say I would be careful not to leave them unattended with the pieces some pieces we won't be using like the necklaces for the lady and the whistle for the police officer because they pose a safety hazard due to the size but is okay. This is a stunning Mini Cooper set! The car and the figures are very detailed including the car interiors' dashboard and steering wheel, license plate and side mirrors. The trunk in the back opens up and the roof comes off. The colors are vibrant and appealing to the eye. The figures inside greatly enhance and complete the set. They are also very detailed, the passengers wearing 60's inspired clothing complete with sunglasses and jewelry. They come with luggages, purse and newspaper. The police man has a little batton and whistle. He sports a hat. There's even a Dalmatian with cute spots all over. They are all poseable. Once again, Playmobil made another great quality set. The pieces are made to last and very durable.
