Best controller on the market for its price in my opinion. Light, responsive, comfortable, and it has Bluetooth so you can play mobile games with it. They are decently durable; I've dropped mine numerous times and they still work. Unfortunately some may come with stick drift, or will develop it but that only happened a couple times out of the 8 I've owned. One take away is that they use micro USB to charge which is becoming harder to find these days. The track pad is somewhat of a gimmick but it does work really well. Besides that, I'd recommend giving them a try. You can use them for mobile phone games, Nintendo Switch, and PC so you don't even need a PS4. Great value for its versatility.

I bought this as a companion for my new gaming PC. I don't even own a Playstation 4, but I do have a Kinivo BT adapter for my computer. It works for most games, you'll have to tweak the button mappings sometimes, and with DS4 you can change the LED light colors, the vibration strength. joystick deadzones and so on. I play Origin and Steam games with it, and use it instead of a mouse for my desktop.

The silver PS4 controller not only boasts an eye-catching design but also delivers a reliable and responsive gaming experience. The buttons are tactile, and the analog sticks provide precise control. The wireless connectivity works seamlessly, and the built-in rechargeable battery ensures convenience. While personal preferences may vary on aesthetics, the silver finish adds a stylish touch to the overall gaming setup. Overall, it's a solid choice for PlayStation gamers who appreciate both performance and aesthetics.

I bought this when I bought my PlayStation. It’s wireless and it has duel shocks. I thought that was pretty cool. It vibrates any them you get shot or have something to do with it has a map setting built in for navigation on whatever game your playing. It really easily makes the game better. I had to buy the Stand separately but it’s definitely worth it.
I like this console because it has a very clean sleek design and a very smooth control button, you can get it in different color as well! Whatever color you'd preferred it's up to you. It really fits nicely in your hand especially if you have a smaller hands like me. The only thing I dont like is the joy stick, it's kind of sensitive to touch and it takes time to fully get used to it. My husband bought 2 of this console in como green so that we can play games together, battery last quite long and just give it at least 1-2 hrs charging time. We also bought charging dock to charge it both together bec unfortunately it didnt include any charging cord. Im not a gamer but I do enjoy using it once in a while so far so good!
I must have gotten a defective controller. It was new in the box, so it had to have been bad from the factory. I was playing GTA5, which I really hadn't played before, and I was in the beginning of the game when I noticed issues. I tried to switch characters using the right stick and it wouldn't select the character correctly. I finally got it to work, but the stick just wasn't responding well. I also had issues with the L1 button. It was acting like I was pressing it even though I wasn't. So, it kept switching me from having a gun in my hand to not having a gun in my hand, which was an issue. R1 also wasn't working right, as I wasn't entering cover correctly. After I died in the game due to these issues, I tried a different controller and everything worked as it should. I played the game for quite some time with that controller and everything was good. I switched back to this one and the same issues started cropping up again. So, it seems I got a defective controller. I've never had this happen with an official Sony controller before. The nearly 5-year old controller that came with my PS4 still works fine, I only bought this to have another controller.
It’s like song is making these controllers not to last long. I literally had problems with the controller not even 3 months after purchasing the product. Now I have to pay for shipping out of my own pocket to return it so it can be replaced or repaired under the warranty. Meanwhile I’ll be without the controller approximately 2 weeks while they fix it or replace it. Very frustrating to spend almost $70 on a game controller that lasts a couple months. Sony needs to get it together.
The quality for these controllers has dropped significantly. Stick drift is a common issue with daily use. Have to keep buying new controllers because of that issue. I feel like Sony is purposely making these more fragile to get more people to buy more controllers cause I didn’t really have issues with older controllers (my older controllers have battery issues that I don’t know how to fix/replace which is why I’ve been buying new ones). Already gone through 3 of the new Gen controllers.
This controller is very cool for playing MW2. Especially with the cammo pattern. It helps keep you hidden from enemies in the bushes. The cammo is actually so good my wife cant even see me playing the games on the lounge. It makes me giggle when she walks by over and over calling my name. I just let her walk out of the room. Put the controller down and when she comes back in she goes where have you been, Ive been calling you And I say Ive been right here darling! All the buttons work, I am just not very skilled at pushing the buttons and not very good at the games. But as my wife says practice makes perfect and thats why we have 6 kids under 8 now. But I wont let them use this controller because i bought it for me and they can just share the old one between themselves.
It looks real. Feels real. It is not real. You get what you pay for. I thought the authentic Dualshock controllers were expensive. I see now they are worth the $70 or so that they cost. These $25 contraptions don't last a quarter as long as the real thing. Mine died/broke within months of buying. I've had Dualshocks last a few years. So in the same amount of time a Dualshock lasts, I'd have bought 4 or 5 of the knock-offs, costing me more than the real thing would. Sucks. Sony isn't making them for the PS4 anymore. So you either buy pre-owned or buy these. Problem with pre-owned is you don't know how much life they have. Should've bought several real Dualshocks before the PS5 was born.
