I am always on the hunt for a good bra. I have had underwires, no underwires, sports bras that you put on over your head - good luck getting it past your shoulders and for some reason with all of them I feel like I have a rope around my chest and all I do is count down the minutes until I can take it off, which makes me NOT wear a bra, and instead layer my tops so no one can tell that my boobs are down to my stomach! Easier to do in winter than summer. This bra for some reason is amazing! I think the way it’s engineered is the key. Front closure is nice and in each area - bra band, shoulder straps, back and side structure - it’s all evenly distributed so no one area is overly stressed. I only buy front closure bras and LOVE this bra. I bought the size they recommended and it fits perfectly. It looks good under sheer tops and supports a lot of my underarm droop. I bought a 38DD and it is comfortably and truly supports and minimizes the heavy 'rack.' Without a wire. If this lasts half as long as my last two Playtex bras I will consider this a great investment. Thank you.

The back posture support is excellent. I have worn this style for at least 4 years and just ordered 4 more. I agree with the reviewers about the multiple hooks but I have learned to put on over my head eliminating that step, easier after having worn a few times. At my age being over 60 I have a tendency to slouch in the later afternoon and this back support bra seems to really help. If I had to do the hooks each time it would definitely be more difficult to put on.

I really want to like this bra but......the cups fit, maybe a little big, but not enough to make a difference. The band size was good. I like the front fastening and the support was really good, and I liked the back support, a lot. However, after wearing for a day of normal activities the bra was uncomfortable all over and I couldn't wait to take it off. Not sure why. I ended up keeping the white since I wore it and will use for for a total movie and couch day, but returned the black. I am searching for that perfect no-wire bra, sadly this isn't the one. For reference (how can you get a true idea without one) I am a 42DD and curvy, fuller figured in the upper body, and ordered a 44DD, based on my measurements and reading a lot of the reviews.
I love this bra and have worn the same model around 20 years.I lost weight recently, but thought because I had had my current bras so long that band stretching must have occurred since I bought them, so I bought the same band size of 46. They ended up being too large and I needed to do an exchange.When I read the invoice it said to allow 4 weeks for the process. This seems excessively long for those who cannot afford to simply buy two sets of the product and wait for the refund for the unwanted return.
I wasn’t sure by the reviews so I ordered larger cup size. The cup fit fine and overall very comfortable but it’s a little tight around. I ordered a 38 and now deciding if I want to order 40 or 42. I know they have free returns but cost of shipping to return is a pain. And they do fit I am just not used to it maybe. My old bras are the miracle bamboo front closer and very stretchy but they don’t hold me in and I end up with them falling out of the top when I get up from bed. With these being front closure there are no added hooks. There is a little room I could see a row of eyes maybe. Sometimes it’s weird trying on something new. Anyway other that I may have wrong band size the sized larger cup fits great. Straps are comfortable and I am not falling out anywhere.
I have been wearing this Playtex style bra for years and have purchased many of them without issue. However, the fit has changed, and the material doesn't seem the same. The outer lining of the bra is much larger than the inner lining and neither lining has much stretch. It is just an odd baggy fit now that lacks support. Note, prior to the order I am reviewing, I had never purchased from Hanes directly. I don't know if this is a different quality version of the style; however, It sure was less expensive and that now raises a concern.

There is just enough give to move with me but not so much that I flap all over. The straps are wide and adjustable and the front closure took some getting used to but now I'm (pun intended) hooked. I love the bra and it was just what I was looking for. I recently injured my shoulder and suddenly cannot reach comfortably to close my bra in the back. However, this bra runs SMALL. I have worn Playtex bras for most of my rather long life and this is the first time I have had to order a different size. I normally wear a 36-B, but that size would barely close and when hooked was totally uncomfortable. I had to order a 38-B which now fits well. I love the way it smooths across my back and the nice cut under my arms to hold some loose skin caused by a previous weight loss. I would buy again, but be aware that size might be an issue.
I have been a Playtex 18 Hour wearer for more years than you could imagine. WOW! This one is so far off. Ordered my regular size that I always wear which is 44DD. This one fit more like a 34. Couldn’t even get it around to hook it together. Everything was so tight about it. Had to return it at a large expense by taking the original S&H + the return S&H which practically leaves nothing left to even credit if you use Easy Pay. Wouldn’t even know what would possibly be the right size to make an exchange. What a shame!
