Pleaser NAUGHTY-808 Clear/Black Size 5

Tried and true, my favorite OG clear heal. Durable, elegant, and matches every outfit. As someone who doesn’t necessarily wear a “wide” shoe, but finds the regular fit a bit too tight, this “comfort width” is just right.

SIZING: I ordered both the Naughty-808 and Flamingo-808 in clear to compare the fit since the former is a wider width and I wasn’t sure which one would be better for my feet. I already have the Flamingo-808 in chrome/clear but always thought my feet are a bit squished in. I always wear a US9 or EU39 in open-toe shoes and a US10 or EU40 in closed-toe shoes. I ordered these in US9. The packaging says the Flamingo-808 US9 length is 26,2 cm and the Naughty-808 US9 is 25,4 cm, so by going wider you lose some length. You can see this in my pictures; my feet prefer the Flamingo length. I feel like if I went with a size bigger the shoes would be way too loose. Another thing I noticed was that the top part of the Naughty shoe is a bit different and bigger. My feet did not fill in completely which made the shoes feel loose on me. The Flamingos are a bit more snug but I actually prefer that to feel secure in them. I attached two pictures you can see my feet in the shoes; one is in the morning and another at night when my feet are more swollen. In conclusion I’d go with the Flamingos based on the sizing.STYLE: I kinda like more the look of the Naughty but the Flamingos definitely have more personality to them. Both look like Cinderella shoes.QUALITY: So I actually ended up returning both shoes because they BOTH had scratches and other marks on them. This my 2nd order with sandals that were defective. I contacted Pleaser customer service but they didn’t recognize them as defective. I didn’t even get a full refund for this reason. I had to choose between credit (full refund) or money ($7 deducted per item because of returning). So keep this in mind. I have learned that it’s basically a standard for the shoes to have marks and scratches on them, and you will NOT be compensated or getting your money back (fully), sadly. At this point they should just start lowering their prices. This is the response I always get back from the Pleaser customer service when making a complaint: “This automated notice is to inform you that we have reviewed your defect inquiry, and we have found that it is not eligible for a refund, credit or replacement. This means we have determined that the issue you experienced with your product were not caused by a manufacturing issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.”

I have wide feet but these were a little too large for me. I normally take a blow dryer to my sandals to get the plastic to fit around my feet in other sandals and that worked. Thought that the 5% wider would work but the shoe wasn't fitting around my feet and I was slipping around in them. LOVE the style and the black bottom though.
