Plum Climbing Pyramid Play Centre with Swings

great play equipment. strong and sturdy. easy to put together with good instructions.my kids love it.but I would never buy off plum play again.

We love it, it looks fab in the garden and has the wow factor on the morning of a 4th birthday. All the kids at her party were playing on it at the same time. It was a pain to build, took 2 of us over a day because the instructions aren't great. There were some splits in the wood, one was unusable but luckily we had the swings so didn't need that piece. Very expensive BUT it's what we wanted and we don't regret it. It's like a magnet for the kids, they love it, my 1 year old loves the den and my 4 year old loves it all!

I love the new playgrounds for my kids as much as they do. The products were easy to put together, but very time consuming and I would recommend 2-4 people to construct them. Was disappointed we didn't get all screws required and had to use ones we already had at home to finish putting together the fort. Overall I am very happy with the actual products and my purchases. They are very strong, sturdy and great fun for my 10 and 6 year old kids.

We ordered this as Plum are meant to stand for quality. Our products arrived in good time but the frame itself is awful. We are having lots of work done on the house at the moment and the workmen agreed to put up the frame for us. They could not believe how many deep cracks were in so many pieces of the wood, to the point where they were worried the structure won't even be safe. They've drilled extra screws in to try and stabilise it as best as they can. What a disappointment it was to have this frame. They also have advised to sand down the frame as the wood is so rough and would easily cut.Also they explained how the numbers on the product do not match with the instructions, for anyone else building it, it would have been so annoying I imagine.I would ... MoreWe ordered this as Plum are meant to stand for quality. Absolutely Dreadful - Avoid Plumb Play at all costs Zero stars

We purchased this for our special needs school. Completely unstable and unsafe. When 'Customer Services' were contacted they informed me "It says it needs cementing in in the instructions" - this is disputed by the person who constructed the slide. There is no mention of this on the website and would have meant I would not have purchased it in the first place.This will now cost twice as much to get the work done to secure this equipment - not worth it for the poor quality of the product and the untreated softwood it is constructed with.There was no attempt to refund or admit fault by this company and I would strongly recommend you avoid using them for any of their products. If I could rate zero stars I would.AVOID

Good little playground and good price

Arrived within a week to our home. Good playground as displayed. Fairly big. My son loves it. The only thing the slide had a crack and is a bit flimsy but not major and can always replace with a better one. Shipping was free where everyone else wanted hundreds extra for delivery. It took my husband about a day to put together.

Great PlaySet

My kids love it. I built the whole thing by myself and just used some tools to help keep things in place as I pieced it together. It definitely took a bit longer, but my kids are happy. I didn't have any issues with things not lining up. It was bigger than I thought. I've had it for about a month and my kids are using it every day.

Great for increasing confidence

This has been fantastic for helping my 5yr old son overcome some of his fear of heights, climbing and swings. He plays on it everyday and is already a different little boy that is full of confidence using the equipment. He is also now learning to swing himself on the swing. Our 13yr old also joins in and uses the equipment too which is great and gets them both off the electronic devices

Great product but missing parts

For some reason this arrived in 4 packages over 3 days, even though it was in stock.The instructions were clear and it was easy to construct, although you really do need a cordless drill.Halfway through putting it together we realised a crucial part was missing - in order to finish it on the weekend as planned my husband had to make the missing pieces from our own spare timber. As it turns out a total of THREE wooden pieces were missing, which was super annoying.Disappointing given the cost and effort already required.The product itself is quite good, probably would've given 5 stars if it had all the parts included.

Not a long lasting product

Bought this for my children (2.5 & 4yrs) in April 2020. This year May 2021, the slide cracked. The material seems weak. When I contacted Plum Play directly, they told me "sorry, our products only come with a 1yr only guarantee". Their customer service is terrible and even though this product seemed great at first, it's actually of poor quality considering the price you pay. From reviews on other sites it seems like the poor quality slide and splitting wood is a common problem people complain about. This is definitely not a long lasting climbing frame even though Plum advertise themselves as "durable outdoor play equipment". I would not recommend this product.
