Plum Sandy Bay Wooden Sand and Water Tables

The best sand and water table on the market. So sturdy and strong and perfect height for my 3 small children. Love that it all tucks in together and has a nice strong cover. Love it!

Cute but falling apart after 4 mths

This table is really cute and I love the look and functionality of it. I’m sad to say that after four months of being outside (in NE weather) all the boards are spitting apart and falling out from underneath the table. I had hope to have this table for a few summers but unless my husband can fix it, it probably won’t make it til next summer. Also it was very time consuming to put together. So if you’re gifting it I recommended setting aside lots of time in advance!

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

This is a terrible item and I do not recommend it. Impossible to put together, one of the screws did not fit, so when the sand got wet, through the holes in the cover the bottom started sagging. I have returned it, but nearly two weeks later still waiting for a refund. All in all appalling experience.

Disappointing

The product comes in two parts. The water table comes with a plastic sheet that is screwed in to place with parts provided in order to prevent the water from rotting the wood (I assume). The sand table has a plastic sheet but no screws to secure it. As a result, the sand escapes down the sides of the plastic sheet and then through the cracks of the wood and on to the floor. This means, sweeping up sand and topping up sand. Not ideas. Especially when it cost a lot more than an average sandpit.

Great play product

Purchased the sand / water playpit for outdoor use. The product arrived promptly and, despite one piece not having the required holes pre-drilled, was relatively easy to construct. The estimate of 45 mins for 2 adults is about right (excluding the extra time needed to drill the missing holes).End product is excellent, very robust and ideal for the purpose. Greatly appreciated by the children and will be a feature of their outdoor play for years to come.

Pieces of wood are poorly labelled

Took me and my partner just over an hour to put together. The pieces of wood were stamped in black at one end with a number but most of the pieces were faded so you couldn't tell which piece was for what. Due to this we had to redo a few parts. Some of the pre drilled holes were not done very well either. Due to this I think it is overpriced.

Sand and water tables

I brought this less than a year ago for my grand daughter . It is not good at all. Screws have snapped fallen out of the predrilled holes and it wobbles so much we can't leave her alone with it because it may collapse. So So unhappy as I have had such good experiences of the other toys and it cost extra and thought it would last longer than the other one. She is almost 4 and we should have done a straight replacement for the non plum one. Would give less than one star if possible

Terrible Product - expensive and bad quality.

This product took us almost two days to put together. None of the pre drilled holes were made properly. Bad quality wood and not at all engaging for children.Also should mention that mastermind toys is saying they are only going to give us a gift card because it’s assembled and they can’t resell it. Not sure how else we would be able to find out how bad the product was without assembly…won’t be purchasing from this store going forward.

Worth it

Not the easiest to put together and requires patience. Took me two hours to put together but it was worth it. The materials are a little on the cheap side but you can’t expect much more for the price you are paying. It is sturdy. I like the design and how space saving it is. Wish the sand cover didn’t have holes on the top, but you can just buy another tarp to store away. May be a little hard to remove the water and replace with new water but otherwise the design is nicer than most tables I’ve seen.
