One of the camera's was broken when I opened the box. I immediately contacted them and they initially got back to me very quickly. Unfortunately it felt like I was talking to a chat bot as the store did not really address my questions. In the end I got a new one, but it was sent to the wrong address. I contacted them again to sort things out, but they are not responding anymore. Very disappointing customer support experience.

It was perfect! The camera was a gift for a friend who likes to take pictures, and she loved it! (as to why I know it was perfect, I checked for damages... and a bit of curiosity, heh.) It was in mint condition and it was lovely. Thank you, Andrew!

If I could I would rate everything a zero. I bought a Polaroid camera with film on Nov 5 and I barely got it today Nov 30. My package had gotten stolen and I was informing this seller what was going on and I needed his information to make a claim for the post office. He would give me answers like: I’ll get back to you or we’ll see. It was very stressful communicating with the seller bc he wasn’t helping. When my package arrived the box that the camera came in was open, the film box was broken and got stuck in the camera, and when I put a new pack of film the picture was terrible. I’m very disappointed with everything I receive from this shop and the customer service. If you’re deciding to buy a camera I would recommend buying from some other shop or go on eBay. Overall satisfactory. There is a significantly large piece of dirt inside the middle of the viewfinder obscuring the view. That piece of dirt is easily removed after disassembling the front panel. By applying 6V to the camera using crocodile clips, the flash and the motor mechanism works well.
