Polaroid Hi·Print 2x3 Pocket Photo Printer for IOS and Android

Omg. This is an amazing pocket size printer. I bought the Polaroid Hi-Printer for my trip to Europe a couple of months ago. I wanted to be able to give my mom some pictures of who she was visiting. The printer prints the pictures in just a little over one minute, and each cartridge prints 10 pictures. Thai pictures have a pull away tab at the bottom, but I write on that tab. The back can be taken off and it makes it into a sticker. And best of all the print is waterproof. The pictures for me turn out better when I use outdoor pictures or a flash. Low light pictures don’t print well. It’s a great gadget for someone who loves scrapbooking and needs that instant picture.

If you want to allow your teen to print some photos out as stickers, this thing is great! I got it thinking that it just had the option of using the prints as stickers but, that isn’t the case. They are actually on a plastic backing when they print and that is what is used to allow it to print. So, what you do is break the bottom section back and peel the photo away. Such a neat little printer. And the photos are not going to turn black if they get hot unlike Zink paper photos would when they get exposed to hi heat. Anyway, if you want a wallet, you can cut the tab off and leave the backing on for that. Or I discovered that you can take two prints and put them back to back to place in the same spot and use that way.

Speedy delivery from the company. Purchasing was easy. The printer is amazing. Bought this for my son and he loves it. Cartridges are easy to remove ad replace and no messing about with paper. Through the Polaroid app you can design add text to the picture which is enjoyable. Would recommend if anyone buying one.

Review of POLAROID Hi-Print 2x3 Pocket Photo Printer Starter Set

The printer makes beautiful, high quality photos, the associated app is easy to use, and it is extremely easy (and fast) to both refill it with the paper cartridges and recharge it. My family and I are in love with this little thing and it was definitely worth its price tag a hundred times over.I find the quality of the print itself to be miles better than that of other portable printers, probably because of the limitations of Zink photo paper compared to Polaroids own technology. In my experience, the difference definitly justifies the slightly higher price tag on the paper refills.

The Polaroid Pocket Camera with sticker photos was easy enough assemble. The print ink was a thin like film material on small rollers that I had to insert. And while I followed instructions from online (there was no paper instructions included) the quality of print was blurry suggesting either I scratched the film during insertion or the printer was damaged during shipping somehow or the quality is just that—blurry. Either way, I can’t decide on a fair rating just yet. I will say this pocket printer is a novelty for me and I don’t see myself buying more ink cartridges long term. This is the most perfect gift for a loved one. It’s a compact size. The recipient will be able to toss this in her purse easily. It also seems extremely durable. Not like a cheap disposable, which let’s be honest, some other brands are. I got it on sale, and that’s a win too. I can’t speak on performance since it’s a gift. BUT it was shipped with care, is vibrant and funky, and I might have to get one for myself.

I've been wanting a printer like this one for a while, and was really excited to try this Polaroid one out! The instructions are very clear on how to download the app and how to load the photo paper. Unfortunately, on my first print it grabbed 2 pieces instead of 1 piece. But it was so fun to watch it print each layer of ink (yellow then red then blue then protective coat). My cats were completely enthralled!The photo print quality is good for the fact that it is such a small printer. I love that the photo paper doubles as stickers, but also is high-quality so you can keep as regular photo if you would like. Compared to HP Sprocket, the Polaroid Printer is much more affordable, but it is also bigger. Not huge, but bigger than expected for portability.The app is fun! You can filter and edit your photos to get them to look just the way you want. You can add fun frames and stickers and text. I wish you could add plain text and not text art. As it gains more popularity, I'm sure the selection of stickers and frames will grow to be more diverse.Overall, I love this mini printer! I use it for my journal and to give little memories to my friends and family. Very happy with it!

You can also add fun things like text, borders, stickers or change the colors or filters of the photo. Once you have selected or edited your photo you click the print button. The only thing that I didn’t like about this printer was that Some of the filters that I used on my photos printed too dark. Also if it is a cropped picture it will automatically cut off the left side of your photo when printed. The paper cartridges that is used for this Polaroid high print printer come in 20 ready to print sheets. You can only use the Polaroid hi- print 2 x 3 paper cartridge with this printer. The quality of photos this pocket printer prints is amazing not sure how something so small print’s such a great quality photos but I absolutely love it. Also the fact that I can just toss it in my bag and go and use it anywhere is amazing.

I cannot express enough the amazing-ness of this little gadget!I am so mad at myself for not knowing of this little gadget sooner!I received the kit which is the pocket printer and two cartridges. The cartridge comes with 40 ready prints and also has sticky backs if you want to peel and stick to something. Yes, you have to be patient and charge this bad boy first. I was excited and anxious but decided to keep myself busy and come back to it when it had a full charge. It connects to their free mobile app using Bluetooth (make sure it is on, on your phone settings as well) and then browse your photo gallery and click which one you'd like. + Colors are better than HP Sprocket which is to expected (colors pop better - 20-30% better than zink, dont expect OLED screen quality)- Prints are significantly larger than 2x3 so if you have existing magnets you have to get bigger magnets (no clue why it says on the box 2x3 when it is not)- The editor has way fewer options (design/stickers) than HP Sprocket- The editor has LGBTQ treatments but NOT holiday treatments???????- It much slower than HP Sprocket, it takes a minute to align paper, sometime it gets stuck in the process- When you update the firmware it does not reboot itself so you think the unit is broken
