Bought this for my Polaroid camera that I also got from Best Buy. Some of the film came out a bit smudgy but I think that’s what’s to be expected at times and can’t be avoided. It’s very expensive however so I only buy it for special occasions. I hope one day the price will drop on it

It is so fun to have the Polaroid pictures back again. It is so retro and takes you a time past. But the best part is you can capture that soft look Polaroid view that makes the picture seem frozen in time. And the pictures always look like that even years later bringing back great memories. We use ours to take fun pictures of the pets doing odd things around the house.

My nephew is a camera buff and has every type imaginable. His latest camera requires the I-TYPE COLOR FILM (he wanted any color of frame except white). He requested the metallics, which I had already purchased as part of his gift ~ so I decided on the black frame as well. He LOVES the black frame and said it gave a sharp contrast to his pictures. BEST BUY'S prices are low compared to other retailers, and it's the only store I will shop .....PLUS, the salespeople and customer service reps are great!

Great for color polaroids
28 April 2021

These are really great! I've only used them for the Polaroid Lab, but they print the photos out with good color. It gives you that Polaroid feel with a bit of HD quality is the best way I can describe them. Colors are pretty good. Won't be as vibrant as on your phone, but still looks good (definitely intended to keep that nostalgic polaroid feel). The only downside is that I wish more came in a pack. They can get pretty pricey the more often you print. I would definitely give it 5 stars if they offer more per pack.

Great old-fashioned fun, spotty quality
4 August 2020

This is a fantastic product. It goes with the new Polaroid throwback camera, but the quality is spotty and not always good. I have made sure to keep the fresh prints unexposed and I still got poor quality spots and over-exposures on the film. Easy to use and fun, but you don’t get many blanks for what you pay. This prompted me to purchase a different brand of instant camera with a better film price. I would recommend if you’re going for that classic look! Take outside in daylight or very well lit indoor room.

It is what it is
18 January 2021

I really do like the film, and this product is always what I'll be purchasing for my Polaroid, but I cannot give it a "perfect 5 stars" because there are slight issues. I find that when the film develops fully after a few days to a month, the color really deepens and the image is so dark to the point you can't even make out some parts of the image anymore where after the initial 15 to 30 minutes, the image will be great. I don't shake the film nor keep it out in the light, so I believe it's just the nature of the film itself. It's meant to be fun though, not to be perfect. I thoroughly love my camera, and it brings a smile to my friends' faces when they have a souvenir to take home!

Let it develope like a Polaroid picture
10 July 2022

Very nostalgic and all that fun stuff. I never had one of my own but used it a couple times like 8,298.9184082 decades ago shortly after I fell out of the sky. They come out just like the before time ones. Be sure to read the box for them instructions and info.Do not shake it. The song that instructs this was made to up the sales of their film. But now we know and can buy them as needed.Great to have these pics for family, friend and great moment memories.Wouldn't shake again.

Longish Developing Time But Polaroid is Back
20 September 2020

i-Type film works with Polaroid's new Polaroid Now camera. The film comes eight to a cartridge. Installation into camera is quick and easy. Developing time is 10-15 minutes and colors are not vibrant. While pictures are developing, you must keep them face down to avoid light (at least you don't have to shake them or apply a coating). Price for a single i-Type cartridge (and therefore per print cost) is high and it is not the type of film you're going to use on vacation. I suggest investing in multiple film packs which lowers the per picture cost. Film is best reserved for times where repetitive picture taking is not needed (i.e. parties, friends, etc). Use digital for times where a lot of photos will be taken.

expired when received
24 July 2021

I recently bought a Polaroid OneStep + camera which I love. Unfortunately, both the film that came with the first order and subsequent order are both slightly expired which might affect the quality of the photos. I know the Polaroid photos have a very different quality than other types of photography which we are used to, for example the colors are not quite as bright and the edges not quite as sharp, and this is to be expected, not a problem at all. But I believe that fresh film would make higher quality so in the future I will buy the film directly from Polaroid's own web site.
